We should sell Mo Edu to Sochaux and buy Yoon-Bit Garam, he looks like a great young player.

WATP

Believable10 Unbelievable3

I would rather sell ou the money for that Dundee boy Scott Allan looks a class act and is a Rangers fan
WATP
BIG CRAIG

Agree6 Disagree3

Yoon bit garam whos that sounds like a bad curry

Agree5 Disagree2

HAs anyone actually seen Scott Allen play.... or are you all just going by Football manager ?

I would much go for a player who regularly plays for a 1st team

rikkisixx

Agree3 Disagree0

Ive seen scott allan play at youth level, he was different class from the rest but its a big step up

Boyd in talks with Cardiff over the weekend
Sandaza, will be joining up with his old manager at Bristol City, fee around 400,000 for release this transfer window, if not agreed, pre contract for summer
Templeton, will not happen, Rangers cant afford Romanovs asking price

Believable11 Unbelievable5

Crap crap and more crap sandanzas agent has already made it clear there is only two teams who want him and ones rangers! as of boyd going to cardiff i know he aint going there in million year he will be a rangers player by 1 feb

Agree6 Disagree9

Dream on boyd was a money chaser when he left now hes a legend coming back 2 faced people

my prediction...
in.. (possibly) sandaza

out... ortiz(return to spain)
mckay(return to brisbane)
edu(sochaux 750k-1m)

boyd, novo, templeton- WON'T be going to rangers!!!!

Believable6 Unbelievable8

Why say your prediction and then say these players WON'T be signing? U know no more than anyone else. Pure speculation.

Agree4 Disagree2

No chance Edu will leave for that price obviously Ally rates him with the amount of game time hes been getting!

Agree3 Disagree2

Omg templton got offered to rangers yous are all idiots type it in on google David templton offered to rangers and the sun , the record and more will prove that

Agree2 Disagree0

Aye because everything that is in the sun is true. Garbage. Rangers still owe hearts money for lee Wallace which is partly the reason there players are not bein payed and those who are injured cannot get the operations that are needed, so we are hardly top of the list of clubs to be offering players to!! Jbbear

Agree2 Disagree4

So what, Rangers owe Hearts money for a transfer fee. Instalments when paying for a player is not unheard of. So now the gers are getting blamed when another teams players get injured and that other team cant afford to treat them? Gees a break! Rangers are on their ar$e when it comes to money and can still take care of their own. WATP FGAU

Agree3 Disagree0

Maybe ally has been playing Edu to get him in the Shop window... just a thought

Rikkisixx

Agree2 Disagree0

Wouldnt put edu in the pound land shop window. The guy just looks lost at times jbbear

There will at least be one signing maybe two. Positions McCoist and the rest of us know we need is a striker and a solid midfielder who they are is anyone's guess? The Templeton rumour is true, MCCoist spoke to him about 6 weeks ago, nothing to get excited about but what I know is Templeton is interested in a move, he would prefer to stay in Glasgow for more family reasons than anything else, again this is all down to weather McCoist is given the money to buy him but his contract is almost up for a bosman seems more likely. Point 2regarding this is Cardiff have also approached him an only thing they can offer that we can't is more money, not that it's going to be the deciding factor but thought it should be known. Lastly, as for Matt McKay why is everyone on his back and looking for him to leave?? He's just signed, only started 2 games and made 2 sub appearances anyone judging on that must have thought this guy was "messi"! Gee the guy a break and break into the team. He wouldn't have beaten the likes of Tim Cahill to Australian player of the year if he was "gladace knight" he'll come good given the chance he plays. In Ally We Trust

Believable14 Unbelievable2

Well said mate.

Agree7 Disagree0

It was revealed on clyde 1 tonight that matt mckay is to return to brisbanr and ortiz to spain

Agree2 Disagree8

Hope the Templeton rumour is true and totally agree about McKay, give the guy a chance and I reckon we might be glad we signed him, get him in the team for Sunday.

Agree7 Disagree1

The signings will be free or bosmans coz ally's getting no money for transfers.cardiff can offer a better league to play in,much better money, and a poss route to the epl nxt season.agree mckay hasnt had a chance but it seems clear ally dznt fancy him n thats strange as he app bought him!by the way cahill aint scored for app a year! oh and its gladys knight

Agree2 Disagree2

Just to be a tad controversial; I'd rather have Black from Hearts as he'd offer the much missing bite in the midfield.Where as Templeton seems to start brightly but then fades as the game goes on

Agree5 Disagree7

He beat Tim Cahill because Cahill was injured most of the internationals

Agree0 Disagree1

I am sorry, but I'd take Templeton over Black any day of the week. I reckon Templeton would flourish when surrounded by better players, just look at Aluko. (dive against the Pars aside)
I was one of the biggest Sceptics when he signed but when he plays he looks like he will create a chance everytime he runs at teams

If I was the manager this is what I would do
OUT
Matt McKay Ortiz Verona weir David Healy

IN
Johnny Russell Graham dorrans David Templeton David goodwill

This my wish list and really that what ally should have done at the start of the season !

Believable7 Unbelievable11

Verona... Who?

Agree5 Disagree0

That's why your NOT the manager

Agree9 Disagree2

Why would u sign goodwillie just now when he wouldnt be allowed to play till next season? bit of a daft signing tbh

Agree5 Disagree0

Loan deal for Goodwillie but will never happen as he is in about the Blackburn first team. Why would they want rid if him?.

CJM

Agree0 Disagree0

Godwillie cant play for any other team this season.

IN

Bengston(Surely better than what we have)
Sutter(On Loan)
Another loan midfielder?

OUT

Weir
Ortiz ( A Team from Primera B)
McKay(A team from the second division in Germany)

rangers should move for south african Siphiwe Tshabalala his contract runs out
at orlando pirates in the summer would be a good player for rangers

Believable6 Unbelievable1

We had a bid accepted in the summer but he said the wages offered were laughable did we not?

Agree3 Disagree1

Think hes on trial at C PALACE

Agree1 Disagree0

Id rather M'phaila he is top scorer in SA

Agree0 Disagree1

No I think we had a 100k bid rejected. Not to sure

Agree2 Disagree0

It was at the last window the last day or soemthing last min bid for him good player for Gers but i think not this year as it was only a last min bid last year

Agree1 Disagree0

On the last 2 days of the window we offered 100K which they were offended by and his agent said ''And the wafes he was being offered were peanuts too''

Wake-up bears some of the transfers ate fantasy, we are selling jelavic because of black hole in the accounts not to strengthen the side.

Believable9 Unbelievable6

05 Jan 2012 22:12:16
Jelavic will not be sold unless Rangers asking price of £10 million is met, Jelavic admits that he is flattered by speculation linking him with Liverpool, but has stressed his committment to Rangers.

Meanwhile Craig Whyte has no money, he was promising £15 million before he took over, but has obviously lied and was expecting us to receive £15 million by qualifying for the Champions League.

So expect a loan bid or two, probably for BSC Young Boys full back Scott Sutter.
If we are to get anyone on a permanent basis, then the likes of Juanma Ortiz, Mckay, Bedoya may be sold for anywhere between £100,000-£400,000 each, we are also due compensation from Tromso for Bendiksen. If that were the case we would then move for St Johnstone's Fransisco Sandaza for £1 million.

I honestly don't know how our January will go, no one on this site does, I am only going by the paper's, common sense and my own opinion.

My final prediction...
IN:
Scott Sutter (BSC Young Boys), Loan
Fransisco Sandaza (St Johnstone) £1 million
Kris Boyd Free
A Hearts player, maybe Templeton or Driver

OUT:
Juanma Ortiz, Matt Mckay and maybe Kirk Broadfoot

Believable6 Unbelievable10

Sandaza 1million now bo;;ocks

Agree2 Disagree3

You talk like you know it all, then quote a news paper as part of your source? Your just as bad as ppo that make up sh1t.

Agree2 Disagree0

Jellyfish only saying he is committed sohe will get his 10% of the transfer fee or if he is not sold . I think we can all agree his head is down .

Agree4 Disagree1

If craig whyte had dipped his money into his pocket and got decent players in then we might have got into the CL and he could have got his £15m

Agree7 Disagree1

Have the like of bedoya, mckay and ortiz not already played for two clubs this season?

can they be sold?

Agree0 Disagree1

Bedoya has so if sold he could n't play, Ortiz can leave...he was a janitor at almeria

Agree3 Disagree0

Not a chance of 10m for jellavic more prob 6-7m.dont think were due any compo for bendikson as we payed a transfer fee.ortiz, mckay, bedoya we'll be lucky to get 400k combined.sutter has a few premier teams after him so i cant see any joy there.1m for sandaza is laughable.we need to wake up here theres no money to spend only replace the wages that hav been freed with transfers.a liverpool journalist on talksport reckons bent is dalgleish's first choice n never mentioned jelavic at all.we got a 10m black hole thats got to be filled thats why jelavic is going not for transfer money.

Agree3 Disagree1

QPR linked with Johnson from Fulham and manager says he doesnt know who suggested Jelavic ?

press up here sure in intrest in Jelavic so are they using Jelavic as poker card in Johnson or Johnson as poker card in Jelavic ?? or both

Agree2 Disagree1

Were is everyone gettin 10mil from, I thought we were being threatened with court action for 49mil? Can someone, explain please?

Agree0 Disagree2

Thank f*ck your not Running the club. Sandazas contract is up in the summer n your wanting to spend a million on him. Get a grip

Agree3 Disagree0

05 Jan 2012 21:19:04
Jelavic will be leaving Rangers for 7.5m to Liverpool..

Rangers will then be signing Sandaza from ST Johnstone for 650,000..

Rangers will also be signing two Houndurian internationals (a striker and a defender) the striker has a good goalscoring record for Honduras.

Rangers also looking at David Templeton for a cut price of 250,000 as he wants to leave Hearts.

OrangeBear72

Believable4 Unbelievable12

Bengston and claros are the hondurans.
Am sure it's a striker (bengston)and a midfielder(claros) mate?

Agree2 Disagree0

No danger is rangers paying 650,000 for sandanza hes out of contract in 6 months

Agree5 Disagree2

Why would Sandaza be worth that much when he would be available for free? Talking rubbish.

Agree5 Disagree2

David Templeton yes he's a great wee lad and ad love to see him a Gers shirt but sandaza! Come on if what you say is true and we get 7.5mil surely that can get a better striker than sandaza no?

Agree5 Disagree0

I certainly hope that we do not get Sandazza let alone pay £650K for a player with 6 months left on contract who is utterly unproven!

Agree5 Disagree1

Rangers let kenny miller go for 400,000 why would we pay 650,000 for him?

Not so much of a rumour really, but it seems that John Fleck will now get an extended run for Rangers with Lafferty out and Jelavic maybe on the move. Also, Jordan McMillan could get a run at right back and is discussing longer terms. Jamie Ness should also be back by the end of January. I think McCoist should play all three plus Matt McKay in the midfield. Stories in Herald and other sources. Also rumours that Boyd coming back and Sutton from Hearts. Have you heard anything Ed? {Ed014's Note - I only really see the normal gossip and stuff that you see stuck down here sorry.I would like to see young Fleck given a chance though.A kind of shape up or shape out, there is no doubting his ability.Boyd will score goals,I have a feeling he could be on his way home.

Believable8 Unbelievable4

John Sutton better no be true. He's s**te.

Agree8 Disagree6

Fleck is rubbish he was overrated never
seens signs of his so called ability

Agree6 Disagree12

Dont know where ur gettin ur info about Ness but i heard he's out for a good few more months.

Agree1 Disagree5

I'd take Sutton, the guys a hard worker!

Agree5 Disagree6

Once ness is fit he will play one game and be out for 8 weeks again!

Agree5 Disagree1

Fleck like so many other players during the smith and mccoist era is played out of position.the reason he played on sat and will play again on sunday is due to injuries to the strikers and has created his position of behind the strikers(in the hole).and played well.give a player a chance to fulfill his talent by playing him in position.

Agree3 Disagree0

I'd take Sutton as well, if we get him and he gets a few games i'm sure he'd bag goals. We just need a creative player to work with a goal scoring striker.

Agree2 Disagree2

05 Jan 2012 19:56:43
heard the great boydie is on his way tae murray perk fae a good source the goal machine is back yeehaa good buy jelvic any one else heard this rumour

Believable7 Unbelievable6

Lets see that happens i will belive we have him when he puts pen to paper and the same with any player linked with rangers

Agree5 Disagree0

To be honest we all know boydie can bang the goals in. Its just his general workrate that always lacked and smiths reluctance to play him against ceptic.... A player like jelavic(if he stays) would b a crackin strikeforce.. Id take Boyd back in a sec. Even if its just for goals against lesser teams that were strugglin to beat at the moment

Agree11 Disagree3

Rangers will move for out of favour Hearts striker John Sutton.
It has been confirmed on Sky Sports that he will be allowed to leave the club on loan and Rangers are ready to pounce on what they see as a cheap option, allowing more funds to be put towards Boyd's wages and the signing of a midfeilder.
Dorrans is outwith our price range unless a part exchange deal is agreed involving Jelavic, instead Rangers may look to sign Gibson on loan from Manchester United, or Hargreaves from Manchester City (City would pay the majority of the wages)

FKB

Believable0 Unbelievable17

Not believing the Gibson or the Owen Hargreaves part of that mate, but it would be good to get Gibson.

Won't happen!

Agree6 Disagree2

Gibson is a celtic fan so doubt he wood join

Agree4 Disagree4

Plenty of celtic fans have played for rangers in the past and vice versa, would only be a factor if both teams were in for him. with fergie as a manager im sure he could be convinced!

Agree4 Disagree3

Scott brown was a rangers fan

Agree8 Disagree3

I live in north Lanarkshire in the same town that ex Celtic player Craig Beattie was born and bread. Him and his family are all die hard gers fans. Not sure if he still is though tbh.

ortiz going back to spain; radio clyde

Believable8 Unbelievable3

Thank f*** hes rank rotten anyway

Agree7 Disagree1

It's ok saying he's rank rotten, but who signed him....and McKay, and Bedoya, then plays Fleck in front of all 3....nothing against Fleck-played really well on Monday, but it says a lot, if 3 guys that you signed, cant get a game before a guy who Ally was desperate to get out on loan....somethin' not right...really not right.

Agree9 Disagree3

Give McKay Ortiz & bedoya a break, takes time to settle into Scottish football. Walter said that - obviously all 3 won't be a hit for us but remember were shopping in the bargain basement. Ally also signed goian & bocanegro and they seem to be doing ok!

Agree5 Disagree3

You could give Ortiz all the time in the world to settle into Scottish Football but all the time in the world won't make him a good Footballer

Agree5 Disagree2

Ortiz never rangers class he will never fit into scottish football send him packing asap back to spain no good for us

Agree5 Disagree1

Everyone is giving McKay a hard time. He's hardly kick a ball. At least give him a few games.

Agree7 Disagree3

Why the hell are people getting on mckays back.bunch of numpties.the guy has hardly had a chance, same with bedoya.they are good players who like other players need to get on the pitch to actually show what they can do.unless these "supporters" have been allowed into murray park to watch training and bounce games wheres their opinions coming from?.give the team a break and use our energy positively to help drag the team out a poor run.

This was just on STV News:

Rangers could be without Kyle Lafferty for seven weeks, manager Ally McCoist has revealed and the club could be dealt another blow if Steven Whittaker requires surgery.
this caps of a day where Big lee is suspended for two games also.

Believable7 Unbelievable0

Big lee isnt too much of a loss wi wot ive sen of him recently. Give McKay a go in his playe. Hes younger, fitter, faster and can prob play a bit if given a chance

Agree11 Disagree2

And people are still desperate for poor Mo to go!

Agree8 Disagree1

Kyle is a blow - whitts been terrible all season, we play better without Lee - perry at right back (if fit) davis and edu in middle - no downside to me

Dannager4life

Agree5 Disagree4

I agree with most of what you're saying except I would put McMillan at RB.

Agree6 Disagree2

Celtic fan in peace

Sorry to hear about Lafferty's injury. I know from experience that a torn hamstring is a horrible injury, after a month or so you would swear that its healed and ready but the moment you push yourself above a jog you are straight back to square one. I wish him well in his recovery.

As for Lee McCulloch he is suspended for two games but one of them is against Arbroath in the cup so it isn't as bad as two league games.

Agree9 Disagree1

Was good news though Broadfoot is also injured, at last something going our way

Agree7 Disagree1

Wouldn't wish any Ranger an injury but at least McMillan will get a chance now, hopefully.

Agree4 Disagree1

We will prob put bartly in rb tho

looks like big laffs and whitts are out till the end of feb, just read whitts needs a groin opp
stg

Believable8 Unbelievable0

Means the young team can get their chance. I think some of them, given a good run in the team will keep Whittaker out. Hasnt bn playin too hot so far

Agree8 Disagree1

Well, if Ally gives them a chance that is...Well he has no option, so he'll probably balls it up by playing them outta position

Agree5 Disagree2

What young team? hutton on loan, cole on loan, ness always injured, kerkar plays 10 mins a season vs well, you mean fleck and mcmillan hardly a team *ksd*

Agree3 Disagree0

Mcmillan isnt exactly young either, kerkars pash as well! mcmillan deserves ago and he`s probs the best defensive rb at the club infact he is, whits is far better going forward, broadfoot is a total duck egg
stg

Agree5 Disagree1

Perry could fit in on either side though can't remember his last game it would take a few games to discover his form

Agree0 Disagree1

05 Jan 2012 18:25:14
If an improved offer comes in for Edu we should snap their hand off

Believable8 Unbelievable14

Are u serious? Edu has been one of the best players over the last few weeks, admittedly in a poor team, but still, Rangers should defo keep him

Agree15 Disagree5

Why ? who can play in the middle of the pitch beside davis.no one is available, mcculloch is done, ness is injury prone and hutton,s on loan again, besides if edu can play like he did against motherwell we don,t have anybody better. airdrie bear

Agree8 Disagree4

Aye improved by at least 2 million.

Agree8 Disagree1

No chance Edu only plays bad when Big Lee is next to him. McCulloch makes the whole team play bad. The teams dip in form was when he was back after injury and the team played well again with him out. I wish he got a lifetime ban by the SPL tbh.

Agree8 Disagree3

Mckay, bedoya, fleck ... theres a few that could replace him easily...look at jelavic not playin on saturday and healy finally getting a chance...he was invovled in 2 of the goals on saturday...players just need to be given a chance!

Agree5 Disagree2

Nope sorry completely disagree with this. Edu has been one of the best players in tht team in the recent few weeks, showed good passing and an agressive and determined side against motherwell, not to mention also setting up Healy for the goal

Agree12 Disagree5

What is with the Edu bashing?
He is by far the most athletic player in our team and does a lot of work which goes unnoticed by certain people who have never played the game.
He had a confidence issue earlier on this season as the same certain few decided to get on his back, He should not be used as a scapegoat and is a far better player than he's given credit for.
I've said it before, he has all the atributes to be a top player, time will tell though as the next couple of seasons are vital for him.
And if the 500,00 offer is true, then they are obviosly taking the pee and i'm just glad the OP is not in charge of our club.
I'd snap their hand off to, but only for being so cheeky.

I would love the Gers to sign either nicky maynard or billy sharp, I reckon they'd do a good enough job for us but then again we probs wouldn't be able to afford them.

Believable10 Unbelievable5

There talkin £2-3m each so i doubt it, billy sharp would get goals up here no problem as 2 maynard- still think we`ll go for boyd (free) and o`connor as that would cost alot less, heres to hope though mate!

Agree6 Disagree2

I just think that Boyd is like healy a guy who used to score loads of goals, Boyd would have to put in a lot of effort and lose a lot of weight and he just doesn't have the work rate. I don't particularly want either as they are both a bit partial to the sherbert dips.

I would have said Jamie Murphy but he has scored none this season he is a huge bluenose though.

If we could sign Ross McCormack that would be amazing but I think he is way out of our league now.

We need some pace up there!

Agree5 Disagree4

Two good players u mentioned there mate but few premiership teams are looking at both sharpe will cost bout 3m but Maynard is transfer listed because he won't sign a new deal he only has 6months left so u might get him cheap

Agree5 Disagree2

Healy has never scored loads of goals! to be honest his scoring record is poor

Agree7 Disagree3

He has been a great goalscorer during international matches but not the same during club games

Agree8 Disagree0

McCormack would be great signing right now another player deemed not good enough by our world class coaching staff, question mark ?????

Agree5 Disagree2

Mccormack said he would only come back to septic

Agree3 Disagree5

On this Boyd thing ffs this is the guy who 2 years ago was breaking the premier league records, yet now we say he dont do enough etc etc. He scores goals and thats what wins games. He is the player that will turn games that are 1-1 into 3-1..Sign him and get others that will do the chasing the ball for him, but dont sign him then play 1 up front, thats not his game

Agree7 Disagree2

He scored both of Northern Ireland's goals in a 2–1 win against Sweden on 28 March 2007,[25] and two more against Liechtenstein on 22 August, followed by a penalty away to Iceland on 12 September. On 17 November 2007, when he scored against Denmark, it was his 13th goal in the UEFA Euro 2008 qualifying Group F tournament (in eleven games). This made him the highest-ever goalscorer in a UEFA European Championship qualifying campaign, and also the first Northern Ireland football player to break a football record. The previous record, of twelve goals in ten games, had been set by Davor Šuker of Croatia in 1996.so that puts ur theory of he never scores loads to bed eh ya plum! healy healy healy *ksd*

Agree0 Disagree4

Healy scored a hat-trick against spain, against england and many top international teams. 35 in 91 at international level compared to kenny dalglish for the jocks (30 in 102) its pretty impressive. the lad has never been a regular starter at any clubs he has been at. if he started week in week out for the gers he would be a goal scoring machine, its hardly the toughest league in the world is it?

Agree2 Disagree3

Club record 402app 95goals so that puts your theory he scores loads to bed u plum!

Agree5 Disagree1

Why do bawbags insist we should sign a player as he is a bluenose? get a grip you idiot!

Agree4 Disagree3

Seriously the guys is right if he gets a decent run of games he WILLscore a barrell load up here! all those appearances have been as a bit part player. way it up against a player his age who has been playing as long and tell me the appearance difference........ remember people they are rangers players and WE are Rangers supporters.... never forget that!

Agree1 Disagree3

I am Rangers through and through.Anybody comparing Healy with Kenny Dalglish needs there head read. The reason he got 30 goals for Scotland,is that he never took pens.He wanted to beat Laws record,55 30.On his own merit,as he was his hero growing up.Just a pity our scouts, were to stupid not to get him and McGrain. Both ended up true greats, but not for the team that they supported.Healy I was raving about four years ago.We should have signed him then.He is not the same player now.He is very hit and miss.If he was doing well,he would have started more games.I hope that I am wrong. But it looks like his better days are behind him.Ally

Agree2 Disagree0

Healy has scored 14 goals for club and country since 2007.....

It shows the quality of our scouting missions when the two players we've been most linked with are ex rangers players Boyd and novo. Why do we pay these people to do nothing?

We haven't got much cash as it is without wasting it like this.

Believable14 Unbelievable5

The scouting is more of a window shopping exercise than anything.

Agree10 Disagree2

Finally a support speaking some sense. the financial mess that the club is in could well be used as an excuse for some of the dross us fans have to endure. however a club the size of rangers must strive to produce far better than what is currently on display. what worries me even more is that some fans come on here and say how they would like to see boyd, novo, sandaza etc. these are mediocre players who won't improve what is a very poor rangers team! our scouting network is shambolic

Agree8 Disagree1

Tell the scouts to get off their behinds and look at better worldwide targets. Heres a start Hamdi Salihi. Strong, aerial prescence, not very expensive and recomended by Jela earlier in the season

Agree5 Disagree0

It costs money to have a large scouting network!
stg

Agree5 Disagree1

What's the scouting missions got to do with it??

Is it Rangers fault that idiots are constantly linking them with players they have no interest in?????

TTG

Agree4 Disagree0

I'd love to see new and proven talent coming into the squad but for me it wouldn't be the end of the world if Ally would actually field people deserving it. We have Hutton replacement for Edu/Jig, Ness and Fleck both natural talent who can actually play one touch football and pick out great passes and through balls....Only problem is Ness having one leg longer than the other causing constant injuries. McMillan and Perry both better than Whittaker and Broadfoot, just needing more experience and we also have McKay who doesn't get countries player of the year for being a dud.

Agree5 Disagree0

If your resourceful you don't need a large network of scouts. rangers have had ewan chester for 15years+ and he was useless. can anyone come on here and name 1 young player we have signed in the last 10 years from the continent where they have been bread into the first team and been a success? it simply isn't good enough

Agree4 Disagree1

Jamie ness is never fit and matt mckay is not the answer. ally clearly doesnt rate him-even though he signed him

Agree4 Disagree2

Rino gattusso?

No chance mate am possitive he had to get surgery on his eyes because of something that happen in a game towards the end of last year

Rangers have rejected a £500,000 bid from French club Sochaux for USA international Maurice Edu.

(The S*n)

Dont forget this is paper talk !!

Believable7 Unbelievable9

Why 'S*n'? The sports editor, Iain King, is a big Rangers fan, why would he have an agenda against Rangers? Some people like to believe every media outlet hates their team.

Lee Bejeebees

Agree5 Disagree4

Rangers wont sign Hearts players they owe 1 million on Lee WAllace transfer so no not a chance of more credit from Vlad

Believable12 Unbelievable18

Hearts would have wanted it all upfront for wallace if they can't even pay wages, your talking tosh mate

Agree6 Disagree2

Derek johnstone on real radio last night said they have paid one third of lee wallaces fee and still owe the rest.. I presume he would know better than you.

Agree4 Disagree2

To the main poster.....

Do you honestly think Vladimir Romanov would have granted a deal in which he wouldn't get the money up-front?

Nice try...

TTG

Agree4 Disagree0

How would Derek Johnstone know anyway? He's a legend in his own right, but he's not responsible for our transfer policy.

Agree2 Disagree1

This was on the radio last nite we have only payed 500k upfront it said hearts will be chasing us for the rest of the cash

I work in the hallow walls of Ibrox, I would tell you my name and occupation but i would risk my job if i where to do so. But Rangers are closing in The return of Andy Webster he is unsettled at Hearts so Rangers made a swoop and he is set to join on Saturday morning. Another player coming into Ibrox is Hemdani he was excellent with rangers in his first spell at the club but he left because he was to good for the spl and rangers agreed to let him leave for free. Sebo is also a name that is flying about Ibrox. He is on target for Slovan Bratislava at the moment so Rangers are intrested.

Believable5 Unbelievable23

The hallow walls of ibrox!hope you dont work in a dept speaking english! hallowed halls perhaps?your predictions are as good as your grammer, webster;nuff said surely, sebo;c'mon this is getting riduclous, hemdani; agreed to let him walk with no fee, why? i cant understand people posting utter colin nish on this site.we cant even take more wages on until we sell players

Agree14 Disagree5

And i work in hogwartz and Harry potter is going to sign in the next week for i fee of two flying spells and a speed broom!

Agree13 Disagree2

So a injury prone def,a past it mid and a striker that cant score sounds rubbish to me!

Agree7 Disagree4

Hemdani's finished isn't he?

Agree9 Disagree3

The idea when u make up stories is to try and make them at least a wee bit believable, what a waste of time this post is

Agree6 Disagree2

Lol You have just raised the bar with your standard of bools**ttery..... 1 post and already a legend in your own right, quality ! Now, do you think your team of runners up will bottle it again ? I DO... AndytheGer

Agree4 Disagree1

Sebo had one of the best, if not the best in the Slovak league last year. At one point Hamburg were rumoured to be interested.
Can't be worse than the way Jela's been playing recently.

Ally Mitchell

Agree4 Disagree4

To the comment 'So a injury prone def,a past it mid and a striker that cant score sounds rubbish to me!'

This actually sounds like suomething we would do - Healy and Beattie are two strikers uncapable of scoring both of which we bought, Ortiz, Bedoya, Mckay, Kerkar are midfielders that to be fare are not past it but thats only because they are yet to make it!

As for the other rumours I seriously worry for the future of our Great club!

Fergie is willing to loan out mane biram diouf would do a job for rangers would be a good short term loan

Believable12 Unbelievable12

Diouf is the worst player I have seen in years. He's a complete joke. I would never want to see him in a Rangers shirt!!

Agree10 Disagree5

The worst player in years have u not been ta ibrox lately he would walk in ta our team ure not at man u if u are a joke he's young with bags off pace would make a good partner for lafferty or jelavic if we keep him

Agree9 Disagree3

Manchester United striker Mame Biram Diouf claims to have the opportunity to join Wigan on loan among other interested clubs.

The 24-year-old wants to play on a regular basis, but has made just three appearances this season and all of his outings have come in the Carling Cup.

Diouf's chances are limited at United given the competition for places with Wayne Rooney, Dimitar Berbatov, Danny Welbeck and, when he returns to fitness, Michael Owen.

Welbeck proved the benefits of loan moves after enjoying a successful time at Sunderland last season and Diouf hopes to follow that lead with a possible switch to Premier League strugglers Wigan.

"It is an option at the moment and a good one. I want to go and play week in, week out and try to impress Sir Alex Ferguson," the Senegal international, who has already been loaned to former club Molde and Blackburn since joining United in 2009, told skysports.com.

"If I can finish the season strongly, I can challenge for a position next season like Danny has done this season.

"Wigan could be a key for me. I have done okay for Blackburn, but need to do well on my next loan. There are other teams interested as well."

Wigan boss Roberto Martinez had been interested in Diouf's United team-mate, Federico Macheda, before the Italian was loaned to Queens Park Rangers.

Guys jelavic off too qpr , any monies we get for him will not be re invested, because we still have a IOU against us when we bought jelavic ,mr why're has told ally that he has too be carefully with the cash because he still has a fight with the hrmc ,it would not be good policy to get money in then spend money which the hrmc think rangers should be passing too them ,for this transfer Market at January there will be no new signings ,just players going door.

Believable5 Unbelievable12

We owe nothing for Jelavic! At least try and make up something believable! Last instalement was 1.5M which was paid as reported in the deary rhebel a few months back.

Agree7 Disagree2

At least if Jelavic goes to QPR, they'll use some fringe players as part of the deal.

Agree0 Disagree4

Why disagreeing, Warnock has said fringe players would be used as the price we would want for Jelavic is too high.

Agree0 Disagree0

We shouldn't accept fringe players, if they aren't getting a game in a mediocre premiership team they shouldn't be getting a game up here.

Oh god. A footballer gettin into bother? I can't believe it, sarcasm btw.. U don't seam like the type that would have grasped that.

Agree6 Disagree10

With his little habit I don't think he could pay for his own transfer lol and we all know rangers can't

Agree4 Disagree7

He also has a little habit of scoring

jelavic leaving for 4 to 5 mil and 30% going to his former club all rangers fans seem rate him but I watched him a few times if he goes to EPL he will have a nice seat on the bench Or if he his lucky mite get a game for Bolton or villa and as for Liverpool, man utd, man city or any other big club they would not give you 10p never mind 10 mil for a un proven ST

As for megregor 3-4 mil maybe if rangers are lucky talk about man utd want him cause de gea is so crap and fergie was going to take him in the summer but would not pay the 9mil rangers wanted

Rangers in total are looking on 4 or 5 first team players being sold and that's just to try balance the books as for transfers coming in I think it's the loan market for the bears lol

Believable25 Unbelievable33

Seems rangers fans know the truth when they read it. Well done :-D

Agree14 Disagree12

Rangers so called fans have I called this rite does it seem like rats sinking ship spring to mind lol

Agree16 Disagree9

Mate your just makin up gash trien to wind ppo up. Were still the champs n until that changes nothin matters.

Agree14 Disagree11

Haha mate thats brilliant! I mean brilliant that they let psychos out on day release!

We (The most succesful club in the World-Fact look it up in The Guiness (oh the irony!) book of records, are under NO pressure to sell UNLESS Ally wants to bring in more players- Craig Whyte has already said that he'll bring in a couple of options for the forward areas without the need for us to sell.
Nae dough 3 in a row! Imagine if we actually went out and spent a bit of money, yon timothy would be rattled!!

Agree17 Disagree12

Tbh I am on the wind up but if u read it most of it is true yea u may still be chumps but when you new owner comes in MAD VLAD u mite know him that whyite and him can make u scotlands second biggest club once again even when u win the league it's normally for

1. Celtic give it to you e.g Inverness last year or the pen miss by Sammy
2. Ref seems to make up the rules e.g Dallas giving pens or Thompson the new Dallas
Tbh rangers as a football club is a joke now no money empty seats fans starting to even forget them
Next year when fc rangers/ farmfoods fc are formed after rangers go bust and ur playing east sterling you can yet again tell me your still champs lol or sorry chumps :-D

Agree7 Disagree23

Thats right mate your lot are always cheated never defeated. We won the league last year cos your lot disnt have the bottle and blew a lead just like the year before and the year before!
Whats gonna be the excuses this year?

Agree17 Disagree3

Whats with all the celtic fans being allowed to post vile lies on here.
Glasgow rangers are champions for three years in a row, FACT!
We are the best team in scotland untill the title says otherwise, FACT!

all these lies about jela and mcshagger going for 4-5 mil, lies FACT
Rangers fc (54 and counting) will not sell either for less than 9 million. So all you tic fans dont even bother with ur bull crap cos we all know the truth.
And dont count your chickens before they hatch because the last three years at this stage of the season you were all boasting about how s**te we were and how much of a club in crisis we are, but we still won the titles and beat u in cup finals, FACT!

Agree16 Disagree5

So u agree u only win the league when we give it you lol ?? Thanks for proving my point

Bottle 15 point lead now 2 points behind bluebottle

Agree4 Disagree9

To all rangers fans Jelavic is going nowhere seriously get it out your heads Jelavic has advertised to every club that he can't do it on the European stage all he can do is score a few goals in spl and let's be honest not very impressive we need a play like ally or gazza but dare I stay those days are over ?

Agree4 Disagree8

Listen FACT boy yea you won a few cup wile we rebuilt if u forget wile u where strong we did 3 in a row so for now u may still be chumps but that will never change we have cash to spend on players u have I.O.U notes sell ur players think what u want but the hole rangers team is worth 15mil in total FACT lol

Agree6 Disagree10

53 and a Half actually (Fact)

Agree1 Disagree3

That is funny liverpool bought andy carroll for £35m and he cant hit a barn door! Jelavic is one player on Dalglishs wish list and if you can get £9m for Craig Gorden Macgregor is worth that or more he is one of the best keepers in britian.
WATP

Agree11 Disagree2

You mock rangers saying that we are a joke and soon to be forgotten but like it or not we are the champions and have been for 3 soon to be 4 years in a row so what does that tell you about the tims if we really are a joke ?

Agree6 Disagree1

You say we only win the league when you give us it? So your saying that Celtic are that much of bottlers that they have just giving us the title? Just going on what you say :-D we win the league coz our player actully like our manager :-D now go away little boy this is for the true blue and go cry about soon to be 4 in a row :-D

Agree6 Disagree1

Rangers havent dropped 17 points, i dont know where this 15 point lead comes from ? Games in hand dont count then it seems. Using your logic rangers have dropped 17 points i think you'll find they have only dropped 15 all season. I dont like to make a point but i believe i have. the gap when games were equal have has and never was 15 points.

anyhow 1-0 away from home, still along way to go and for the record ICT never won Rangers the league Celtic did they had it all wrapped up only thereselves to blame, same will happen this year.

WATP

Agree4 Disagree1

Rangers won the league becuse THEY picked up most points over 38 games- obviously. The arrogant dhims mention Caley game, what about our loss to d utd? 1 game doesn t win/lose the season, its what you did in other 37 games that counts. xx

sandaza has told st johnstone he wont be signing a new contract and has attracted moves from scotland, england and united states, and for a change celtic havent been ''intrested in him'' so if jela leaves id rather he came than oconnor!

Believable9 Unbelievable6

I cant believe that we are "interested" in Sandaza.. this is the guy who has failed at EVERY club hes been to bar saints ... and even then hes hardly set the place on fire. Rangers football club - skint or not should not accept 2nd class players! Garry O'Connor also a failure- Shccked at the low self esteem rangers are showing just now.. WE ARE GLASGOW RANGERS Most successful club in the world.. why settle for piss!

Agree5 Disagree5

New to this my bro showed me it and so far I must say am not really impressed am a rangers fan have been for all my life and always will be and no one can argue about how big a club we are so why is Gary conner or even sandaza for that matter even being considered to wear the rangers shirt what happened to the days when we had so standards.
I know right now we are in so bad way but a self-made million-air would buy a club if he thought it wasn't going anywhere and buy players like oconner isn't going to get us anywhere!
at the end of the day we are the champions for a reason so let's show a bit of standard and start considering player how actully deserve to call themselves rangers!
