A lot of talk about some of our players leaving to balance out books or wanting to leave For me the 2/ 3 Bankers that will be leaving is Goldson Kamara and possibly Hagi and that will be because Goldson and Kamara want to play in Epl and Hagi cause we can't guarantee that he will be played every game and his Dad thinks he is the bees knees and should be in a bigger league, and that will balance out the books and give us some cash to bring in a few few players hopefully Ferguson Doige and Nesbit and maybe a big Centre back (not Scottish) cause I believe they are good players and being Scottish really helps in Eutope CB not Scottish cause can't see a good enough one out there. then that would be our business done.

I would prefer to sell those players if it meant we kept Morelos, Kent and Barasic but who knows what will happen. An interesting transfer window coming up. It's great we now have many players with high values and there's no doubt some will be sold.

BIGIKS that's not what I said at all I said due to us having to balance the books and Goldson and Kamara wanting to leave and possibly Hagi to I would rather it was them that went well not Goldson but the other 2 rather than kent Morelos Barasic etc and we wouldn't be able to put the full money we got for them back into the squad that's why I said Ferguson in for Kamara Nesbit in not as a replacement for Hagi we have that in wright but for another option up front and a foreign CB for Goldson who's not interested in signing a new deal maybe the guy that's currently playing in Sweden the names went out my head he looks a beast at 6ft 7 and can play out from the back and perhaps Gauld as a replacement for Hagi cause as I said we might see half of the money taken in for these players to put in the squad if we are lucky or will see a lot more if we make the champions league if then we can look at better players.

With Michael beals latest report if we offer him the managers position once stevie g leaves then I think he will take it. he states he's desperate to become a full time manager in his own right in the UK but ultimately abroad but says because stevie g gives the coaches so much power he's in no rush to leave. Personaly I feel with that report he may be vying to be our next manager and truth be told rightly so. just have to look how appointing sir Walter turned out 🔴⚪🔵.

If he was offered the job then he would find it hard to turn it down. Hopefully we don't need to worry about a new manager for a few more years. I think he would also get the backing from all the fans and players.

I read an interview with michael beale about a month or so ago regarding this being his own manager sometime in the future DD1980.
Although i'd love him to eventually follow gerrard as our next manager it won't happen mate 😞He stated he's very happy working with gerrard for now, but his true goal/ ambition is to go back to south america and become a manager there, as his family loved it over there! He stated himself he loved working over in south america!

Sgl that's exactly why I think it will happen, he's namechecked the UK but also abroad. yes he's happy with Gerrard just now but his ultimate goal is to be a manager. he's not gona walk into a managers job with no experience. he's already got 1 foot in the door with gers. i reckon if we offer him it he will take it. couple seasons experience hopefuly winning trophies and European football. perfect opportunity for him. To be fair he's only with Gerrard because Gerrard didn't gave the relevant coach badges and he does.

Should be a no brainer that decision. Guy is highly regarded both in our club and in british football.

Seen that the other day mate. Apparently he’s contracted u til summer 23 so would cost a lot of money. I’ve seen us linked with an awful lot of midfielders online in the last week when in reality we’re probably only going to sign 1 more centre mid. Perhaps some of these guys are being looked at incase we lose aribo and/ or kamara though rather than just to bring in as such mate.

Think we will add at least 1 possibly 2 CMs during the window as we looked a bit short when injuries hit Jack and Arfield at the end of the season and zungu loan expired.
