This is laughable. If this board beleive that dave king won't pass the fit and proper person test what the heck makes them wallopers on the board think a guy who's banned for life from any sporting institutions pass they are seriously shirting themselves as the gravy train only has one last stop. Know what it's just more ammo for king as shareholders reading that will be even more willing to back king n co. I predict a riot. Ooops I meant I predict a landslide for March 4 I for one and a few thousand others I'm betting will be at the home game QOS 7th March : )

I wouldn't worry about the Easdales shares they are now for the off and King n CO have our 51%+. This last desperate attempt from these crooks to muck rake against King is a poor effort telling us what the papers have been reporting for years about SA tax case etc etc. Just to note about the recent nonsense story in paper about easdales homes threatened etc they have recently tried to run another bus company off the road in greenock but let's just say they had a knock at their door this time from individuals not to be imtimidated. that's maybe real reason for protection. Not in over 30 years of travelling to games from greenock/inverclyde area has anyone seen these 2 fat ***** attending games? never real gers fans. Good riddence to them and Somers.

Will not make one jot to shareholder differential - King still has the upperhand.

This makes me think that The Easedales are abandoning ship.

Easdale shares n his hidden proxy slimeballs are voting against King anyway so how can selling them to this tool no doubt with the proviso that he also votes against King be a game changer? Also sensationalism at its best Fat Sandy can only sell his own 6% the other 20% ain't his to sell, I'd love to know who does own them though n who this sleazy sh#t has been hiding.

Tommy 51 I apologise your totally right about the shares part ( what a wallybrain ) it dosent make a bit of difference who ows the 26% anyway the status quo ( rocking all over the world ) will remain the same. Wouldn't it be brill if the day we finally get back to premiership they played AC/DC back in black first home game! And hearts are drawing as I post they WILL be caught I've bet my subaru on it : (

Agree0 Disagree1

07 Feb 2015 21:39:42
The trouble with catching hearts born blue is they don't look like dropping to many points where as we look like dropping every wk so I'd mibby try changing that bet! personally I think another year in the championship wouldn't be a bad thing, come end of the season we're going to need a full new first team/ management set up. it's a tuffy because the division we're in will dictate the quality of player we attract, everything is going to hinge on who's runnin the show.

Why does every one assume the guy trying to buy the 26% easdale controls is with the board, who's to say he's not linked to king? As I'm sure they would not sell direct to king.

I see it's set for London at a cost of around £200,000 according to a newspaper. Is this the current Board trying to get on last jolly paid for by Rangers before being booted out?

07 Feb 2015 01:59:03
Footyfan1972 feck knows why the request it takes place down by, IDE imagine they must think shareholders won't travel to london, Ffs they must know certain shareholders would walk down to london if it means getting these cowboys out the door,

It was stated on Radio Clyde Live last night that The Bored would not be going ahead with the EGM, although they stated that this was a rumour.

and if, The Bored do not comply and arrange the EGM then it confirms that their intentions are selfish and not in the best interest Rangers Football Club.

I think then that the next step by King and The Three Bears would be appeal to the Stock Exchange, and perhaps the police!

As much as I believe the current Board are not acting in the best interests of the club, is King the best person to come in?

Get rid of one set of "crooks" and replace them with a guy who has been convicted after pleading guilty to 41 counts of contravening some South African Tax laws. He was originally linked with over 300 charges including fraud and money laundering. The rest of the charges were dropped as part of the deal when he pled guilty to the other 41.

I don't think many people can now be trusted. I think what is needed is someone/ some group who are squeaky clean to come in, or the doubts, accusations and questions as to why certain decisions are made will always be there.

You have zero idea what you are on about

King WARNED about Whyte and Green

King has paid his debts to SA tacxman and unlike Easdale has not been to jail

King has the majority support of most decent Rangers fans, the majority of the shareholdersand in the 3 Bears, Mr Gilligan Scott Murdoch etc the support of successful HONESt TRUSTED Rangers SUPPORTING people that the fans all trust.

Ha. FootyFanny. You make that up yourself georgina?

I like the way you are attacking your own fans. Just because I don't agree that King is the right person to save Rangers.
Just because he has support, so what!?

If I came along with some money I'd get support over the current fools in there.

06 Feb 2015 17:50:17
The reason king didn't go to jail is because he paid 40 million, him and easdale are both tax fraudsters and how can anybody deny that

Looking for news online about the AGM, but mate tells me that board have requested that the stock exchange allow them to decline the request. Something to do with King and the 3bears having a partnership and that app arently is against the rules.

Surely his cannot be true or happen. I thought an EGM could only be refused on procedural grounds ie paperwork not done right or by granting the request of hose who request EGM. As neither of Hesse have happened the EGM must go ahead and all these thieves removed from Ibrox ASAP!

Good luck to the new boys on and hopefully off the pitch. Not the fault of the players that they are caught up in this shambles and I hope they bring a bit of dig and kill to our team!

Stefreid. this board would say they lost the paper work to get out it. boffoons the word here. if stock market and nomad do there jobs I don't see how it wouldn't go through. as for king an bears, they would need evidence I would presume. they won't find any, I think king and bears planned 2 prong approch, bears neogotiating with board, king waiting to see outcome, they went with ashley. then king done his approch, to look independant of bears to nulify that accusation.
