So looking at reports and so far morelos is again being widely linked with a move away for circa 20mil, barisic is again being linked with moves away for circa 22mil, tav has also been linked with a move away heard figures of 10mil and now kamara is being valued in the 8-10 mil mark. So if figures are accurate and all are sold that's 60million for 4 players who in my opinion are very replaceable. What's your opinions does 60 mil for tav, barisic, morelos and kamara sound realistic or is it all just paper talk.
Who would top your lists as replacements?

Realistic acceptable offers for them IMO would be £17m Morelos, £8m Tav, £10m Barisic and £5m Kamara so £40m for all 4.
With the Arse falling out the market apparently due to this virus my estimates might even be optimistic.
If market was as stable as before this crisis and Morelos was in form of 1st half of year £25m might of been possible but I think our board would readily accept £15m with a 10% sell on clause at the moment.

I think these prices are realistic for players playing in Scotland and who have performed well on Europe.

Paul86, winning trophies is not a must for putting the value of a player, up, example, gerrard, we've paid and cetic have paid good money for players that hadnt won anything before coming to rangers.

Yeah but paul difference is that's premier league. Always massively inflated prices. Trophies and champs league in our league definitely help. Only have to look at prices for players across the city. Tav is a right back who cannot defend and yet folk are sayin take no less than 8 mill. 🤣. Borna and morelos will go for the most money. Can see borna going 10-12. And morelos 15mill imo.

The figure were all reported in newspapers. Barisic 22mil to spurs has been widely reported which to me isn't that far a stretch. He is the starting LB with the national team ranked 4th in the world and has marked some world class players out of games with Croatia. He also didn't look out of place in the European competition. His stats are there to back it up

Morelos everyone says but he hasn't won anything, I give you all ollie mcburnie who cost 20mil. To my knowledge he has never played in European competitions never mind been top scorer in Europa league which at stage it stopped morelos was. Mcburnie can't even get into a Scottish national teamwith no other options of note. His disciplinary problems will halt as soon as he is away from our biased league. He is now in contention for the Colombian national team and has been quoted as there future first choice but some on here are valuing him at 10-15 mil. Come on. This is why our game is in the state it's in. Celtic have been getting top money for years and we are happy to settle for pennies on the pound cause its Scotland and we haven't won trophies. Trophies mean nothing current markets are all stats based.

Now tav I agree his defending isn't the best but IMO it's good enough to get the value because of his attacking qualities. The guy could probably land a cross on a 5p piece. He is the ideal wing back in a back 5 and also our club captain but we think we would be happy with 4 million. Again his stats are there to back him. Also keep in mind Tierney cost 25 mil no way is he 5 times better than tav

Kamara has today again been linked with 9mil interest from arsenal and Aston villa. This lad is a key influence in his national side putting in some top performances. Yes I agree that his consistency has to improve but he has looked good and with consistency and confidence he is a EPL quality midfielder. He is probably one of our best players technically which coming through arsenals youth system during the Wenger era is no surprise. I maybe think the 9 is a push but could easily go for circa 6 which in EPL is peanuts and not that big of a risk.

Cant believe that just because they haven't won trophies people think they should be valued less. Sheffield United value fleck at 20mil plus and they haven't won trophies, he isn't even a regular for Scotland and our national side is trash same goes for mcburnie who cost 20 mil and to my knowledge hasn't won much. All players I have mentioned all performed excellently in the Europa league and that's where clubs in the top leagues will judge them not in the Scottish league because it's full of hammer thrower defenders and anti football teams. You look at any of the top 5 leagues and rarely will you see let's park the bus mentalitywe have here in probably75% of top league who play the old firm do.

The reason morelos value has nose dived as he has been worse than hopeless since the break. And always good for a red card. Think rangers would bite someones hand off at 15mill.

Folks, players will go for whatever another Club is prepared to pay, and, what we feel is right. After this virus, transfer fees will drastically reduce, and a lot of decent players may in fact be surplus to requirement simply to keep Clubs afloat, just my opinion.

Paul86 come on. Even with a nosedive in form he is the top scorer in Europes second tier competition the Europa league. I don't think we should even answer the phone at that price. Are you seriously saying ollie mcburnie is worth 5million more come on even on a bad day I would take morelos over him any day of the week.

Listen DK i love the wee guy. Stuck with him all through his reds. But they are the reason along with his mad dry patch that team won't pay over 20. And with a now impending global recession away to start will bring price down further.

Paul86, i think we will get at least 20 million for alfie, if two or three teams are in for him that will go upwards, i also think barasic could go for 15 to 20 million, look at there goal scoring and assists in europe mate, credit were its fue, the only thing that could influence lower bids is this virus, these guys done it against the best in ruro, and are still doing it, this season, mate.

Paul86, here's the thing if rangers say we want 20 million we will get 20 million or alfie will be here for another 3 years. Would take him with us for 3 more years and let him go for free rather than taking a low ball sale. His only red cards in his career have been in Scotland. His problem is he is a special player who plays for rangers and is targeted by players officials and fans. Half the stuff he does would go unpunished if it were other players. It's looking more and more to be bordering on bullying of a player. Some would suggest even bordering on racism but I don't think its the colour of the guys skin I just think personally its because he plays for rangers.

Man o man. There's nothing incriminating whatsoever. It's just page after page of supposed incompetence of the spfl. That's not corruption. It's not coercion. We were all led to believe that we had bang on proof against N.D and Mckenzie. Unless we pull something from our arse linking them directly to wrongdoing, we're in trouble. A few pieces of limited info here and there relating to TV deals and liability isn't enough.

Voting interference is a problem, but the staff shortage has that covered. From what I see, there is nothing. Just questions. No real proof relating any one person to any one crime. If we have wassap messages or financial records, then we might have something. At the mo, it's all Bs. It's embarrassing. 1 month to accuse spfl with no proof. Some evidence must have been kept secret from us until the meeting next week. Let's hope. If not RFC will lose all respect from so many people and the p**s taking will go on for years. It's not looking good. Fingers crossed for new evidence.

The whole exercise is to win the votes of the clubs so we can get an inquiry . It wasn’t designed to bring the spfl down . Hopefully the inquiry will do that . or if no inquiry. our next move
There was a lot of damming accusations in that doc . and if they are not true . you would think the spfl would be screaming legals from the rooftops . but they are not and seem more concerned about influencing joe public rather than addressing the content .
Let’s wait and see.

Doncaster was told by 2 clubs that there was an attempt to bully them into changing they're vote. Doncaster didn't tell the SPFL board about it and didn't do anything about it.
Surely not pointing out the ramifications that might occur if the season was finished early (liabilities regarding the TV deals and sponsorship)
Telling uefa that the majority of clubs wanted the league's finished before anyone has voted?
I thought there was plenty of questions in the dossier for the SPFL and especially Doncaster to answer.

Rossco, i don't agree with you, our gripe is the s.p.f.l. Told the clubs the good side of finishing league early, they never told them the bad side, that outweighs the goodside, but this is only us trying to get an inquiry opened, its the stuff we have not mentioned that's the good part.

Doncaster was quick out the blocks, last weekend doing interviews all over the place, where is he today with answers to the accusations Not a peep. No McClellan self answer session either, no Alloa/ Dunfermline Chairman denials today.
All quiet, because they are all corrupt and all Rangers haters.

The SFL had already contacted UEFA 10 days before the vote to me that's corruption. They have withheld information about possible financial liabilities involved with the tv deal should season finish early to the sum of 10mil which to me is misconduct. They stated they were unable to pay out prize money until season ends but withheld the fact member clubs could receive interest free loans which could have been payable when prize money issued. They announced vote results prior to the final votes being cast again corruption. Dundee have since had financial sponsorship from a company who don't have the finances to cover it, in other words it's a pay off for the yes vote. At the very least we have provided enough for an independent investigation.

Bhl83.the letter to UEFA meant absolutely nothing, and the outcome of the vote backed what said. The only thing rangers could argue for poor governance is that there are too few non-executive directors on the board, affecting the independence. Nothing else.
