Good 2 see the bigman has beaten that horrible illness that has affected my family enormously over the past 3 years.

Bigbear....gers fan.

Believable37 Unbelievable22

Cant believe folk are clicking unbelieveable.

Agree0 Disagree0

I would but I don't have any money :(

Agree0 Disagree0

Texted twice. Such a fantastic charity. 7 people voted disagree? be ashamed of yourselfs! Hartson, while played for the other side, is one of the most genuine guys out there and he always had time to talk to you, EVEN if you were from ourside. I spoke with him quite a few times, and he is a top guy. Hang your heads in shame

Agree0 Disagree0

A hate sellic as much as the next person and while i agree a hated him when he played for them a wouldn't wish that to happen to any guys family it would've been tragic fur his kids n well dun to him for getting thru it.

davy

Agree0 Disagree0

This guy should have signed for rangers had it not been for the medical team failing him.no room for prejudice when it comes to charities.

Agree0 Disagree0

Wouldn't surprise me if Celtic fans were clicking Unbelievable to try and make Rangers fans look bad, you wouldn't believe how many fake accounts are on youtube who are Celtic fans pretending to be Rangers fans, it's all very pathetic. Good luck to John Hartson, I'm sure all real Rangers supporters will support anybody who has went through cancer. 4IAR here we go.

Agree0 Disagree0

For those who disagree are totally sick. I recently beat cancer twice and the macmillan nurses and clic sargent nurses where abouslutly amazing helped me finacially. Now I'm on the road to recovery I would love to do some sort off a charity event but don't know what to do so any suggestions welcome lol but I will defo be texting a good few times.

Gersman

Agree0 Disagree0

All the best to the big fella, so nearly a teddy bear. It was same medics who said Prodan (remember him?) couldn't play on. Was back playing top flight in Romania a year later!

Agree0 Disagree0

Celtic fan here cant praise the Rangers fans enough,i think if you were to ask most people in Scotland they would have been affected by this illness one way or other, and the idiots who put disagree i dont think any of them should be associated with any of our great clubs ps.thanks bigbear you are a true gentleman.MACCA

Agree0 Disagree0

Done. Unbelievable the ignorance of some people that the 'unbelievable' button should even be looked at.

You never want any illness to fall upon anyone, Hartson helped gave the Old Firm a spice and also gave us Rangers fans something to moan about. Thats football, thats entertainment. Thank you for entertaining a Gers fan.

Ally McCoist open to John Fleck, Kyle Hutton loan moves

Rangers could be willing to sanction a loan move to the Irn-Bru First Division for Kyle Hutton and John Fleck after their move to Sheffield United fell through.

The youngsters thought they had sealed a season-long switch to Bramall Lane late on transfer deadline day, but the pair were not registered with the English Football League in time.

Rangers’ website confirmed: “As it is, both clubs have been told by ruling bodies the transfers can’t take place until the next registration period in January because it would involve moving from one country to another.

“There is no such restriction on any player leaving to go to a lower-league club within Scotland on an emergency loan.

“As such, manager Ally McCoist is open to the duo spending time in the First Division and will consider any such proposals which come his way.”

Blue bells are blue

Believable14 Unbelievable3

Dont think our squad is strong enough to loan out players

Agree0 Disagree0

Is that no 3 day old news?

Agree0 Disagree0

More like 5 minutes news

Nah a heard this at the start of the week

Inside knowledge. (Please post this)

1. It has been confirmed that Rangers' bank accounts have been frozen by the bank today.

2. If they don't pay HMRC the small bill that they owe them by Monday, they will be placed into administration The big bill is still pending.

3. Should that happen, all season tickets, VIP boxes, game packages, etc, will be null & void.

4. They will not be allowed any credit facilities, so it will be 'cash only' gates at Ibrox.

ā€ˇ5. Rangers faxed a letter to the bank yesterday, saying that Liverpool made a £9M bid for Jelavic so that they could register him as a £9M asset with the bank. Apparently, Kenny Dalglish went nuts, as no such offer was made by Liverpool. They are consulting their lawyers & considering legal action.

6. Some are saying that Rangers have played their last league game!

Worrying times for Rangers, This is proper inside news not a joke.

Bomber Brown

Believable41 Unbelievable59

Absolute garbage!! Havenu nothin better to do with ur time than sit around makin up this s**te. Inside info my arse. Y wud anyone thts in the know about this kind of stuff tell u. Away n get a job So u hav sumhin more productive to do with ur time

Agree0 Disagree0

For a start, why would the higher bodies at Rangers Football Club lie and NAME a club to the bank if it was not true?
Secondly, It would have nothing to do with Kenny Dalglish, it would be the top dogs of Liverpool who would get involved not the manager ya t**t!

I think if Rangers were going into administration we would have heard ALOT more about it in public rather than on a rumours sight where the higher percentage of people post absolute DUNG.

Agree0 Disagree0

Talking so much s**te

Agree0 Disagree0

Lol what a lot of crap! .I know for a fact that it wasnt liverpool that made the 9m offer. Bomber brown ! Thing the brown is pouring from your mouth mate

Agree0 Disagree0

(1) If our bank accounts had been frozen WE would all know about it.
(2) If we have to settle a small bill or go into admin then we WILL settle the small bill and argue about it later as Admin would cost club millions obviously.
(3) Season tickets becoming void would only be a possibility if we did go into Admin which we WON'T.
(4) What credit facilties would we need transfer windows shut and we wouldnt need credit to pay bills??
(5) Rangers have a fantastic working relationship with Liverpool and Rangers former employee Kenny Dalgleish. David Murrays company used to do ALL Liverpools financies. Also Vignal was loaned to us, Wilson sold to them but most importantly why would Kenny go nuts because he was being linked with a player and if Leicester have clearly offered £6.5m already why run the risk of upsetting Dalgleish if we already had a sizeable offer.
(6) None are saying worrying times whats actually happening is the jungle jims have realised that we wiped the floor with them when there was financial problems and are jealous that we are back on level footing and a fair chance at the title which is going to plan already just because we don't have a blank chequebook with Mr Whyte doesnt mean we are skint.
You know F*** All do you think Whyte and all the bigwigs publish their personal info here ya daftie!

Agree0 Disagree0

Haha, ok thanks bomber, away back to the special brew pal

Agree0 Disagree0

I am assuming that Bomber is your 1st name with mouth being your last name

Agree0 Disagree0

Timmy can't do anything in life without talking about Rangers......this could be the worst made up piece of s***e i think i've ever seen and thats quite an acheivement when Celtic fans are involved.RFC1973

Agree0 Disagree0

Rangers have ringfenced money to pay the smaller tax bill but are fighting the case. Their bank accounts have NOT been frozen. The money is set aside to pay the bill should it have to be paid.
Managers wouldn't get involved in banking matters. And we'll be top of the league after this weeks league game, so GIUY

Agree0 Disagree0

Your just embarasing yourself son toddle on now. I don't think you understand Mr Whyte's business methods he specialises in turning debt ridden companies into profit making companies exactly what he will do to rangers. He bought rangers for £1 therefore even if he had to pay a 15m debt to lloyds and a 38m bill to HMRC the clubs itself's value would return as it would be debt free and he would more or less break even.

Agree0 Disagree0

Inside knowledge???
Who do you know??
This was 1st witten on a Sunderland forum site yesterday (word for word i might add).
So your 'source' is some unwashed Geordie.
Well done Bawbag

Agree0 Disagree0

As much as i detest rangers,no way will they ever go to the wall over a £3m tax bill.too many gers fans with real money to let that happen.someone would step in and pay it.its the other tax bill thats pending that may put rangers in trouble.

Agree0 Disagree0

Lol even as a celtic supporter this is the biggest load of s**te if they had there accounts frozen it would be in the news and rangers of all teams would not go into administration no old firm would amazing how much s**te people can make up

Agree0 Disagree0

Well done son did your maw help you.1.GLASGOW RANGERS CHAMPIONS.2smeltic runners up again and again and again enjoy the chase.

Agree0 Disagree0

It amazes me that craig whyte, a self made multi millionaire, would take charge of a club that everyone know was due a tax bill and could go bust!! .... That's right , he didn't. I'm sorry to upset you but Rangers will always be here. We have apparently been a mess for 3 seasons, yet have the trophies that celtic crave. With our new signings and having kept the spine of a championship winning side, 4IAR is well and truley on... Celtic can't beat us on the field so they are desperate for us to go out of business so they stand a chance of winning something!! WATP

Agree0 Disagree0

The main poster is clearly a very sad individual. I feel sorry for him as it is likely he has no friends in the real world and has to resort to making stories up all the time thinking he is funny.

Agree0 Disagree0

Jog on timmy dont be so sillly. I remember your club was a day away from oblivion - that was probably before you were born

Agree0 Disagree0

Dhim Alloy, is that you again ? Who did you get to type this complete tosh for you ? ........... What a load ! Rubberheid !

Agree0 Disagree0

Bomber brown? are you Scott brown? just you worry about your trophy-less cabinet in smeltic park

Agree0 Disagree0

Aye and when we go bust messi
and ronaldo are coming to the gers to play on either flank, for free... Because they are die hard gers fans and don't want to
see the club flounder. Haha. It was as much fun writing that as it was reading your post. Well done

Agree0 Disagree0

Education is a wonderful thing, try some you lump of wood . ps i forgot to add BAWBAG.

Agree0 Disagree0

Cant wait, Messi and Ronaldo are coming to Ibrox to play for free soon i may even buy a season ticket myself.

And for king kenny not knowing are you kidding he's the manager he know's every transfer that the club goes for they are his targets.

take your head out the ground. why mention leicester and fenerbache but not the ? club.

Agree0 Disagree0

Sad man, probably sad life! Pity him, don't mock him. Little else to do, no friends, probably no family, likely no job or hobbies. Definition, probable waster, no contribution to our society. As indicated, pity him!

Agree0 Disagree0

Just face it were up sh*t creek

Agree0 Disagree0

Some people on here need to pull thier head out of the sand, Rangers are in trouble, Big f@cking trouble, Rangers Fans should be camped out on edmiston drive demanding answers and reassurences instead of blaming Celtic fans for every bit of bad news that leaks out of Ibrox

Agree0 Disagree0

To the guy that posted his points 1-6 spot on mate!

Agree0 Disagree0

Read Friday's Herald and see how the mighty have fallen. It's not very long ago when this case would never have seen the light of day. Sued by a firm of solicitors here in Glasgow, wtf is the owner playing at. Was this his intention from day one, go bankrupt and start again. He will be hounded out by the fans if he doesn't act soon.

Agree0 Disagree0

The spelling, gramur and baysic grasp of Inglish on this blog is truley shocking. yew certunlay R the peepul. A blaim the skools.

Agree0 Disagree0

"Bomber brown? are you Scott brown? just you worry about your trophy-less cabinet in smeltic park"

We have the Scottish Cup in our "trophy-less cabinet" by the way...

Agree0 Disagree0

Until whyte and co confirm... then all this chat is simply wishful thinking from the manky mob. watp.

Contrary to what some so called 'fan' on this page said, referring to Matt McKay as a 'pub player', I thought a few fellow bears might like to see how he is rated over in Australia in the media (I'm a Rangers fan living in Australia.

In Australia's second last game he was credited with 2 assists and was many pundits stand out MOTM after a poor display from Australia and once again in their last match he was highly rated (I shall put a picture in the Rangers Sighting section showing a newspaper article).

I actually had the chance to ask Mark Bosnich what he thought of the guy (Mark Bosnich helps with a lot of amateur football out here - thus how I met him) - he also thinks he'll be a great signing.

Get behind McCoist, true fans don't bask in the glory of 9 in-a-row and stick by the team through thick and thin! And guess what, we're still top of the league!

Believable33 Unbelievable11

I've only seen clips of McKay on YouTube but he looks to have some nice touches and good vision. I'm looking forward to seeing him in the flesh. Of course he deserves a chance, he's got to be a better bet than Edu or McCulloch.

Agree0 Disagree0

Well said!! I watched a bit of McKay on you tune n yeh yeh I know u could make broadfoot look like a player on you tube( well maybe nt broadfoot bt u kno wot i mean). McKay looked Like a gd player, nice touches, good passing, gd use of both feet n scored sum good goals. One of them an absolute screamer

Agree0 Disagree0

A Good post for a change.

Cheers mate!

Agree0 Disagree0

Any 1 that says Matt Mckay isnt good enough for us has his head in the clouds he is a stand out in the league he played in what your arguement that its the A-league? Take a look at the SPL its probably on par. Hes an internationalist for austrailia currently ranked 22nd in the world 23 places above us so how can anybody deem him not good enough. Hes going to turn out to be a great bit of business and a steal at around 400k

Agree0 Disagree0

Tremendous post. I wish there was more like you on this site.

GDog

Agree0 Disagree0

Its just because he plays in the A-league, how anybody that watches the spl can call any countrys top flight is beyond me-the spl is boring and offers little in the way off skillfull play-the constant fall in gate numbers prove this along with s**te showings in europe season after season, even when we made the euro final we were poor to watch! i think he could be a good player in the spl-he looks very attack mided and anyone that does this in the spl has my vote

Agree0 Disagree0

Sorry my mistake Australia are 33 places above us!

Agree0 Disagree0

Cheers GDog and co! Not sure how anyone could click on the 'unbelievable' button for this post. Perhaps it's the bit I put in about Mark Bosnich, but I would be happy to put a pic of him up with my amateur team here in Australia. We won the league, so he was there with another Fox Sports presenter at our end of the year presentation night (they did a half time analysis of the Liverpool v Arsenal game is well - and answered questions about Roy Keane and Sir Alex etc - such a laugh). Anyhow I'm digressing! It's a real pleasure to know there are fellow bears out there who love this club through anything anyone dares to throw at it, 'fans' and all!

Agree0 Disagree0

Give the guy a chance for f**K sake.

Agree0 Disagree0

I look forward to seeing Mackay this weekend, my biggest concern for the boy, is some of the CLUGGERS he'll face in this League, you know..... the ones who can't tackle without putting a man 4 feet in the air. I hope he hits the ground running and we go on a run of games with our midfield dominating, for a change. 4 in a row.

Agree0 Disagree0

I like ally mcoist just dont think he will be good enough and i think celtic have the btter team so could see us winning the title this year

Agree0 Disagree0

Saw him playing against wales in the friendly a while ago and looks very assured on the ball, can tackle and spots a pass,a very shrewd signing, although my heart says kyle hutton should be given a chance as i dont think he is any better or any worse than mackay.

Agree0 Disagree0

U sellik fans have been sayin u've got the better team for the past 3 years in a row m8. And who comes out on top? The Teddy Bears. Why? Because WE are the better team. WE are the people.

Agree0 Disagree0

So much in demand everybody was after her

rangers have interest in malbranque McFadden and diouf 3 players with a a bit of quality source daily express hopefully those 3 do come in and there was defenetley a good bid in for jelavic 8 million plus 2 million add ons and i believe it was Liverpool that put the bid in

Believable6 Unbelievable25

Of the 3 you name, I would def take Malbranque, the other two are liabilities in their own way. With regards the article on the mail about the bid for Jelavic, there is no real evidence apart from a journalist saying he saw an email from but again everything remains unnamed. I would like to see everything named and claimed to get rid of Lalwells smug smile.

Agree0 Disagree0

I effin hope no

Agree0 Disagree0

He might be talking about diouf from man united

Agree0 Disagree0

A think it was everton who put the bid in . sold 2 strikers then made 10 mill aff arteta

Agree0 Disagree0

How do we pay them

Agree0 Disagree0

08 Sep 2011 01:27:48
The real deal: Rangers DID get £8m-plus offer for star Jelavic

www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2034904/Rangers-did-receive-8m-bid-Nikica-Jelavic.html

Believable9 Unbelievable13

Yes it appears we did get the offer of 8M plus add ons which would have taken the deal to 10m. Hope your face is red Mr Lawell. We won't hold our breath for any apology though.

Agree0 Disagree0

So the papers are all wrong about the tax and how much you owe but right when they put in a half arsed cover story about a 9 million bid for one of your players,mr lawell did not mention rangers or any of your players ,he said we had received a 29 millon bid for one of our players.fab1

Agree0 Disagree0

I heard it was Santa clause or Peter Pan that made the bid. Source daily mail.

Agree0 Disagree0

Was this the same paper that said malbraques son was ill.
