ED, Do you know anything of the agreement for the Commonwealth Games Rugby Sevens (big screens installed at Ibrox in exchange for what?)?

The big screens where installed by a company called ELONEX and they have the agreement between the club and themselves to share advertising revenue throughout the stadium including trackside. Advertising and also included is the concourse televisions, this was all installed by ELONEX At no cost to rangers! Although Stockbridge claims differently? Remember the "snapshot"of the expenditure of the £22M it would not surprise me if Chico and his gang have there paws in that venture as well!

Surely the screens etc were installed using commonwealth games money last year? It was said at the time it was games money.
