Heard the teddy bears have approached Mk Dons regarding Karl Robinson and the Managers role he's a good young coach but even if he knocks us back the fact the board are persuing targets suggests McCall may NOT be offered the job full time.

McCall has done a great job so far and is in with a good shout but the club has to look at all options before deciding who is the right man for the job with the right support a good head scout and possibly a director of football

In all honesty and this might seem controversial but I've grown up watching rangers managers on the touchline wearing a suit and club tie barking orders at players and there has always been a fear factor as players who were not performing would soon hear about it in the dressing room, I've no qualms about McCall as a coach and would encourage him to stay on the coaching staff but as a figurehead for the club I struggle, for instance if and when we get the big European nights back I just don't think he has enough charisma for the worlds media, very similar to mccoist in that respect

Judge McCall on results but give him mitigation in the respect that he has inherited ally's team.

for me he has got almost everything spot on and I would be happy for him to continue as first team manager with a sporting director looking after the scouting, youth team and working alongside mccall with regards to recruitment. Like leviens role at hearts.
