Heard from a mate who lives on the other side of the pond that apparently Davie Weir and some other guy was present during the New Zealand v Fiji game. He said the talk amongst the Rangers fans over there was that they were having a look at Chris Wood who plays as a striker.

Maybe nothing in it or maybe something but thought it was worth posting.

Leeds striker if i'm not mistaken, good physical presence and good in the air which is what we are screaming out for. Would come at a price though as i think leeds think a lot of him.

Good player but Leeds paid over 2m for him last season still has 3 year left his stock probly went up if anything don't think we could afford him, shame exactly type of player we need .

Never really heard of him or seen him play lads. Was just passing on some info from a Gers fan who lives over there. Guessing if the price is £2m plus we would pass on him though at this point.
