Correct john, when I was a kid every kids dream was to play for rangers become a goalscoring legend in our history books. Attracting players of different class ability from different countries. These days you would struggle to find a single player that would want to stay longterm if clubs south of the border are interested. Its mostly about the money 100% but also the prestige. Apart from the old firm games theirs hardly a game to get fans off their seats. Reality is we have to see our side as a stepping stone but players must be told they will only achieve their dream move if they put in the effort. I stress the word effort as we have the ability. If we want it more we will win. That worries me as we have failed to win quite a few games this season.
