Barisic in a back three dear lord he’s been murder at left back he can’t defend he doesn’t get close to the attacking player yes he can put a great ball into the box but he was at fault for a few of the goals on Wed we payed five mill for a left back give him a chance.

Just for the record, I'm not advocating for Borna in a back three.

But with Sands and King our only fit centre backs - not sure how big a risk playing Davies is - I can't see Gio playing them as a back two.

That leaves Jack or Lundstrum as an option at the back - we've seen both drop in at the back - or Borna, who we've also seen play in a back three at time during matches.

Given the injuries in our midfield and the availability of Ridvan, assume we'd see Borna fill in.
