John27 we are in the mix for sanderson whos on loan at Birmingham a different club to ours, he's a cb. the fact Birmingham have signed a cb from Burnley when we are linked to an on loan cb currently at Birmingham, could be coincidence but that's what always happens when your about to lose a player you get one in to fill the space. So why would you be interested in clubs that we may sign players from? that's your dilemma John27, if your not interested in rumours which always involve other clubs btw, then it's goodnight from you on a rumours forum. 3 at the back for the likes of Ross county at home lol doubt we will move to 3 at the back, certainly not weekly. Rather have an extra attacker than defender for majority of league games. If we have cash to spend a cb isn’t top of the list for me. Central midfielders, a keeper and a RIGHT winger would be however.

Replying to Monty in regards to 3 at the back v Ross county at home. We currently have 4 at the back v county where our 2 wide men need to get back defensive also. I presume your referring to a 352 formation. the 3 at the back would provide cover for our 2 ATTACKING full backs to play offensive. that included of a dm that would mean 3cb,1dm,1gk. 5 defensive players whilst we have 6 offensive players and not have the worry of our full backs being caught out of position when going forward.

I under stand Arfield salutes point about how the transfer of long from Burnley to Birmingham impacts our possible signing of Sanderson from Wolves as he is on loan and Birmingham but if we expect John or anyone to be keeping tabs on every linked player and then every player that players club is linked with as well you’ll end up losing the plot lmao .
