Instead of spending more money I'd like to see Ally reduce the squad, get rid of Cabari or whatever his name is, Smith, Simmonson, Hutton, Little and Foster. That would free up money to bring In Boyd and Scott Alan (if rumours are true it's a possibility) maybe a decent right back aswell. Our under 20s team look good to win there league so we obviously do have youth players that we can fall back on to cover injury and hopfully challenge for 1st team. This would reduce the wage bill and would help us play better football in my mind anyways.

Reports say that 5 players are out of contract.
Agree with the likes of Cribari, Simonensen, Foster, Hutton, and what about Fauré.
There was also rumour that Peralta wanted to leave.
With some players off the wage bill, we could bring in another C. F - Boyd? and C. B. and we have young players in the U20s.
Primarily don't increase the wage bill

I would keep hutton and smith I think people are a bit hard on those 2 players and all those fans that are allways complaining about ally not giving the you g players a chance I have to laugh at it as all you lot do is destroy the young guys confidence plus the youth team have a chance of the leauge and cup so if you had any sense you would see he is giving them a chance of sucsess I also think ally is being quite clever as he has loaned out a couple off youngsters to championship teams to give them the experience for next season but I take it you havnt thought about that

always thought on the left side should be smith at left back. wallace pushed into left midfield. its the right side that's the problem

A do think the squad will get reduced that's will cribari is getting game time for his last medal, hopefully big Boyd comes in, Hutchinson, McLean and am not sure any other good guys out of contract

After the last couple games agree with u smith has played well at left back the last couple of games I have been sore on him inthe past I have always thought that wallace would be better further forward but it takes wallace to get injured before it happens if that was case smith should be kept

Ally still yaking on about new signings when good, harrd working people working at Ibrox on a tiny fraction of his money will this week be finding out that they are about to be made redundant.

Oh well, I suppose he has to keep on pretending that he doesn't believe we're going to have to go into administration.

@ 7 I'm sure all of us have posted things that in more reflective state of mind we then think we shouldn't have. Hopefully this is one of these instances for you? To dismiss as you have the plight of decent hard working club servants to enable the board to keep bonuses and add to an already huge playing staff budget when the club is almost going bust is not I would suggest your best moment on here.

I can understand the Ally bashers, the board bashers, the Cribari bashers and couple of others. but Stevie Smith? What has he done wrong? Have always thought he was a good player, had his injuries in the past but now seem behind him. Good shout from op above about playing Smith l/b and Wallace l/m. Celtic used to do similar with Izzaguire and Mulgrew. means that when l/b goes forward, l/m naturally slips in place and vice versa. plus if cash needed so bad, the one asset at the club is Wallace. Smith a natural replacement!
