How can a businessman with the pedigree of Graham Wallace be party to our corrupt and discredited Board framing the new £4million share offer in such terms of desperation? Bears should be under no illusions that it really is that serious. There is a ferocious schism at the top that will destroy our club unless the Easedales and their corporate puppet masters yield to the urgency for new finance. Today's cri de coeur should end the whistling in the dark about fan ownership. It hasn't happened and is now a redundant debate. Sugar Daddy or not, we need a Rangers man of means and probity to finally come forward with the missionary zeal of 1986. No, I have no new names or magic solutions, just pointing up the scale of the looming crisis. Wallace's credibility, such as it is, is on the line. If he cannot persuade the Board to act in the club's interests rather than their own, he should walk and expose.

Very well said. Avoiding the politics taking place and appealing to fans who follow the club, a sold out Ibrox every second week goes a long way to solving our problem. This boycott serves no one and needs to end.

a sold Ibrox would go a long way to giving the spivs more of the same jesus wept

4.) 29 Aug 2014

We are only 10,000 STs down on last year (23k v 33k). At an average of £250, that only equates to £2.5m, or around the £2m mark once the VAT is paid. That only accounts for about a month. We would still need a massive injection of money before the end of the year.

6.) 29 Aug 2014
Eddy your right I have not been back not due to boycot which is no use (u o f brainwashed by king) who has no intention of using his own money but due to the abysmal management and total lack of effectivive tactics in other words macoist must go

7.) 29 Aug 2014
Les wake up who have we to sell other than lee wallace who I believe does not want to go u would not get 2 lucky bags for any of the rest

8.) 29 Aug 2014
Administration 2. What a state this proud and historic institution is in.

The club has become a cash cow for all sorts of spivs and crooks out for a quick buck.

We should be looking at a supporters buy out and seize control.

9.) 29 Aug 2014
Les, what players do we have that are worth any money? We couldn't give them away! McLeod is all we have that any half decent scout or club would give a second glance to. Do you not think that all clubs have already been notified that a bargain basement sale is on?

10.) 29 Aug 2014
We only have 2 players that anyone might want. The rest you couldn't give away. That sad state of affairs is purely down to our inept manager and his inability to bring on players or buy players with any sell on value. Once again another example of the failings of Ally

Ok here is a nonsense post for you. I know nothing about finances and don't claim to, but I genuinely feel we will be saved if and when we come to the point of no return, almost like it will take that for someone to do something. Don't ask me how, and cue the sarcastic replies but I feel we will find a solution. Some may think we r already at that point but we're not quite there.

13.) 29 Aug 2014
Guys,

we paid players/managers £50m tax free. its now time for then to return this money, as it was loan.

club on real crisis point, a second admin would leave us in championship and without money to improve

players and managers should give 10% back in next 12days to fund this float, they wore heart on shirts. so now pony up!

14.) 30 Aug 2014
@13

That's not going to happen no way will any of these players give the money back. You may like to think that they played for the jersey and loved the club but in reality they played for the money. It's only really the fans who care about the club and ultimately it will be the fans who suffer

Arthur8 rangers fc would not get a penny if players decided to pay back the loans it would go to the creditors of the club before we went into meltdown the club would not get a penny of any returned money as its not the same company
