I will tell you why I am panicking a bit is due to the fact that Hibs are way ahead of us in terms of a settled side.Just like Hearts were last year. And we have them first up in the Petrofac training cup which I want us to win and we play them again on 22nd August in the league. I am delighted with the transfers so far and have faith in Warburton and Weir but a little alarmed by the lack of attacking midfielders and strikers being link to us. We badly need a quality creative player and Striker that will score 20 plus goals a season.

No panic from me we will have a solid defence this time against Hibs for first time in years plus the dross have left the building

Hardie and Miller will lead the attack and midfield will be Murdoch, Walsh, Eustace with either McKay or Shiels between mid to attack

We still have three weeks until then and could very well have Winks of Spurs on loan plus I am sure W&W will have at least 2 others. Halliday who apparently has been on great form on trial is another option in midfield

Hibs were a good team they are not a great team we will beat them and we will win the Championship by a distance

The league isn't won in august give w&w a bit of space to get the right players in there'll be new signings coming I'm glad they're taking there time and not rushing into any rash signings. I also think we will get a quality play maker and striker on loan maybe from spurs

How can u possibly say what the team will be to face Hibs? You then go on to say we have a few weeks left and could get players in. Would also disagree with your assumption that the dross has left. Still plenty of dross left there

There is no way Eustace will play against Hibs

So Eustace injury is fine according publicly to our Asst Manager David Weir and he just has to get fit. You are trying to say a professional athlete cannot get fit in 3 weeks? Seriously?

lad you are so confident as I assume Hibs will be too.

Stewie you post some common sense and I accept I can't KNOW the team but it is a banter site ant the players I mentioned will be the favourites for contention in the current squad if we trust Warburtons faith in youth I think Hardie will win out as he is the best of Gallagher and certainly Clark, Miller backs him up as experienced and still fit for age. I will be surprised if the team varies much from:

Foderigham
Wallace Wilson Kiernan Wabara
Walsh Murdoch Eustace Halliday
Hardie Miller

Subs- Bell (hope he is sold), McGregor Sinnamon, Shiels/Law (hope Law sold), Clark, Templeton/McKay (depending what the problem is with Temps)

I hope we will bring in another good attacker on loan plus a creative midfielder and/or winger but based on current names that is the side I think (banter) will start the season for us. Personally I think Wallace will be found wanting unless Warburton is the rumoured miracle worker with players who are underachieving.
