Hi this is my first post I've been reading all the comments about signing's I personally don't think we will sign anyone hopefully I'm wrong but if we don't then I think we should field the following team against the self confessed world champs 😂😂

Barca I like this system. Halliday > Forrester tho. We need that lads dig in the Celtic game. Tav as a RM might not work though as he'll be man marked and could get found out. The reason he works so effectively as an attacking RB is that he has freedom and space to run. Not so much at RM. But I would like to see this formation.

Why not James? we all know he is better going forward than he is defending, so why not stick him in a attacking position without the worry of having to get back to cover our CB, especially when we have hodson who is fast and can defend really well.

I know Gilks is good keeper but wouldn't want him playing against them as he's only had cup outings so far. I'm actually hoping they're change of keeper for an old firm rookie might help us.
Could speculate all day about what team would suit us best. IMO Halliday, Forrester, McKay and Miller have to start, Halliday was immense last time against them, Forrester being most consistent player at Rangers in past few games and before he got injured. McKay was MOM and although hesitant at times there's no doubting his ability and he done v well in old firm debut. Finally Miller always seems to score big goals especially against them and his Pigery record is also class, let them believe they are superstars but lack of clean sheets, extra pressure to succeed, managers debut in the game and injury doubts coupled with our ability to keep possession and frustrate will do the business.

If tav changes to right mid wheres our right back cover and itd also mean taking one of the wide players out the team, the way mw sets up is so the wingers can change sided and tbh i don't think I've seen tav kick a ball with his left foot, mckay, forrester, MOH are all 2 footed tavs left foot is used only to stand on lol.

I think tav is good going forward Barcelona bear as a fullback he isn't good enough to take any of our wide players out of the game though.

McKay has been a ghost so far this season and Halliday hasn't impressed me either. I would be picking my team based on current form and not on how they played against a poor Celtic team last season. And btw, we drew that game, I think everyone forgets that.
