Just checked out our first 3 league fixtures for the new season. Motherwell away then Hibs and Hearts at home. Anyone confident of collecting more than 3 points from that. Not me.

It's a brand new team most people were buzzing about the signings they need time, absolute joke that people are calling for Pedro to be sacked already last night was disappointing but I'm still confident we can do well in the league we just need a solid pre season to get the team to gel and click

The reasoning and outlook of some of the people on here is not real, we have a new team, new manager spent a lot of money, we have to wait till the team gels before we can tell if things are not going to work, what other options are there we have probably spent the budget and look bad enough without doing something stupid like not back the manager and team at the start of a new regime, wonder whether other teams fans are as over the score.

The result and the performance was the worst of our history but the manky mob this time last year also had the worst result in there history they managed to turn it around. We were all excited about the signings we now have 4 weeks till the motherwell game so let's hope they can gel . The results happened let's get behind the team and stop moaning.

smudge9 and Rfcbear do you think this team looks better or worse than warburtons? Do you think pedro is an improvement as a manager or a step backwards, both lost 5-1 to them but last nights result puts pedro in a bracket all of his own. Do a bit of research and a bit of digging and find out who actually scouted and appointed pedro.

Chelsea had Terry, Liverpool had Gerrard, Man City have Kompany ( look at the difference when he plays ) and Arsenal when they were winning had Adams and Vierra. We have Wallace - nice guy but couldn't lead a conga. Until we have steel on the park that the other players can look to and that will take no crap we will struggle. Ryan Jack knows the score - worth a shout?

Much better team, Bruno Alves, cardoso, dorrans as well now and Morelos, still haven't seen Pena play either so we have not even seen what our starting 11 is going to play like

Jyf again it's early days can't really count the end of last season, some new players not even played yet and the others that have played it's only they're second competitive game, instead of me digging up who appointed Pedro could you let me know please

I would have alves Dorrans or Jack as captain. I would get shot of Wallace and tav and look at players in Scotland to replace them. I would also bring in Thomas O'ware as a back up defender as I don't believe Bates has what it takes. But at the end of the day I'm not the manager and I hope Caixinha proves all the doubters wrong.
