One quick post. Things haven't gone great no however. i ask. anyone on here played football at a competitive level? When you lost or it didn't all go to plan did you all turn n blame your own manager? No.
Infuriates the life out of me tbh. Change a manager we have to start again. Who would we replace him with? Let me guess. McInnes wright alex Neil n the likes. Not one if them have done anything to merit it. Anyways it beggers belief. Changing manager every yr or so won't work n will just keep us going in circles.

played for a couple of teams where the manager was to blame.

I was quite often played out of position which meant I was very uneffective. as well as the others that were out of position

Agree with Ivlark, came through the youth ranks at a lower league club was leading scorer in each of my 2 seasons there and then got played on the wing or dropped because they signed a guy who had experience but couldn't score in a barrell of you know what. Stood up for myself got sent down to juniors and fell out with the game. The buck stops with the gaffer I'm afraid we had a few cracking younger players but we'd have a run in the team then be left back out o played out of position and results suffered but he stuck by "his" men. Brutal.

To be fair Caixinha didn't merit the role either only difference with the 3 you mentioned is they have experience of managing in this country.
