dony know why people are saying look what big eck did years ago then say mcinnes could do same now.

back then we had an international team with some money to spend. now we have a team which very few players of any quality would wish to come to. hence the need for a big name.

mcinnes record in europe is hopeless and in all honesty he isn't going to attract any better player than what is there. maybe some same old spl players.

stop with this we need micinne big eck etc.

look beyond that rubbish and see sense. just hope the board can actually have sense. its better to have a high profile manager than some didy spl one.

The need for a mcinness type is critical. Scottish football is a different and unique breed and we need someone who knows the league, the opposition, our club and the type of player needed to be successful up here. Mcinness ticks every box. The time for experiments is over

so you are happy to play 2nd or 3rd fiddle then. mcinnes hasn't achieved anything. much rather have potter and reid. atleast they have an all round experience and cost half as much.

we take mcinnes then the sheep take strachan. that would happen. and strachan is far better than mcinnes.

This whole "we need a blue nose with blue blood. " No wonder we are a laughing stock with this backward mentality.

Big name manager = big name players within reason.

Derek Mcinnes = rubbish players.

Mcinnes ticks a lot of boxes BUT. IS he worth 1.5 mill. I say no. let's give murty johannson and add miller to the coaching staff a chance and spend the money wisely where its needed on the pitch. As the season goes on more managers wkll become available
