I would get rid off Murty at once and get miller and Wallace into that dugout we need someone with passion to kick arse from the side and tell players what they think of them I wouldn't GIVE MURTY A YO YO TO BE IN CHARGE OF he's TOTALLY CLUELESS

Digger, your argument is all ifs, buts and maybes. You allude to the real problem in dressing room but would have thought prominent arrival of SG and new backing staff would more than covered that. IMO problem in dressing room is down to downright lack of quality throughout whole team, simple as.

Jibjoe, 100% correct! Murty even in the interview before the match yesterday was playing the victim as all the stories about Gerrard were affecting him personally? The truth is Murty you have over 6 months in the job and it’s plain to see he’s not up to it? Murty spent his whole career in the lower leagues and the step up of having to win week in is simply not in his DNA?! We got pumped in the semi because of Murty and then he just goes out with the same attitude and tactics which is unforgivable and even listening to his interviews really is a man beaten up and gave up! The way he als treated Wallace and Miller is disgraceful and he should be out the door! 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

spot on yately i said straight after the cup semi murty should be shown the door he lost the dressing room weeks ago, teams don't have to watch dvds of rangers previous games to see what our formation and tactics are because they are same every week no forward thinking, motivation or anything the man is hopeless

Murty deserves some respect, and anyone with a fair mind would see that he was not supported by the board in the days leading up to the biggest games of the season. I’d go as far as to say that he was undermined. Remember, it was the board who plucked him from junior coach, to take on a huge challenge.

Imagine that you’ve been set a task at work that anyone of your colleagues would find tough. You do your best, you step up, and then the bosses start to speak publicly about your replacement, even as you a prepare for the big event. It beggars belief.

Here’s my point; if Stevie G is watching this - and he’s as smart as everyone says - then he’s bound to wonder if one day, it’ll be himself who’ll be shat on from a great height.
