Seems everyone is talking rangers now Stevie g is in charge. Conte, klopp, rafa Benitez all talking about it in there press conferences today. First time in a long time anyone down south has paid attention to what's going on up here. Can only be a good thing.

Aye, but what other footballing nation would define itself by how it’s judged by its neighbour? I think its sad that somehow we’ve ended up with such a poor opinion of our game that we look to the commentators of the English game to find value here.

Its a distorted way to see ourselves, and its only because Sky and BT don't do right by the Scottish viewers and put in equivalent funds to buy the rights to our game as they once did south of the border. Of course, our game isn’t worth it, is it? But if 8% (population pro-rata) of that fat fee was available to our Premiership, we’d see a growth in our game to redress the balance.
