Going on Jamie Murphy's performance last night is he worth it or do you think Stevie G or Mark Allen will review that deal?

The short answer is, no I don’t think Murphy is up to it and I hope his deal is reviewed. At Parkhead last week, he tried to hide for the entire game and couldn’t get rid of the ball quick enough. Posted missing for most of the game at Pittodrie last night as well. All Rangers games are big and as such we need big game players. Murphy isn’t up for it so if poss replace him with better

There’s nothing to review, this wasn’t a loan deal like Goss and Martin, this was a delayed transfer. Murphy is a Rangers player

I suspected that was the case so we will probably have to keep him. I think he has ability but not sure he is up for it when the pressure is on and the going gets tough. I’m sure Gerrard will have been around enough good combative players to know one when he sees one. I think a clear out is inevitable

Hopefully when he is part of a team which has had much of the deadwood removed and some serious strength imparted he will not feel as isolated as he must have for large parts of the last month.

It is not easy to be expected to always drag others up by the bootstraps week after week. (Yes I know Stevie G was renowned for it but there are very few like him. )

I think SG will strengthen and that will help to improve those he does retain. Personally I hope it includes Murphy as I think he will flourish in that stronger set up.

Hello Fellow Bears,
What about Ryan Shawcross, big strong physical no nonsense central defender captain of Stoke, he came through the ranks at Man Utd and was then sold to Stoke at a bargain 1 million, in my opinion he is the type of player we are crying out for, maybe he would relish the challenge of playing for Stevie G and hopefully playing in Europe
