rkid26.anyone outside of Rangers who sell the kit will need to buy it from an official wholesale supplier i. e. Hummel, Rangers will then get money in Royalties from each kit sold by Hummel to whoever as Rangers are a trade mark brand. that's how it works in business,

jetmayfair

{Ed001's Note - erm no, that is not how it works. Hummel will have paid a fee to be able to use the trademark, there will be no royalties from kits sold. You would get the merchant's cut from any sold in the club shops that is it on top of the fee they pay.}

No one will stock the new rangers kit? what a load of rubbish, for a start it will be in sports direct they stock every make under the sun, then there will be lots of other retailers stocking it, fans will be queuing up for it. can you imagine going into any town centre in Scotland only to find that none of the sports shops have the Rangers kit, they would be cutting their own throat and committing financial suicide,

So72, Well said, spot on with big Bruno he came on and showed his class and experience yesterday, won everything in the air and organised the defence, we are selecting players like Halliday who are Rangers fans but don't have skill, class or experience, headless chickens comes to mind, and by the way Martin had another nightmare game

Doiger sorry mate but in my opinion you are totally wrong, we are lucky that they never scored more than 4, they strolled through the game and never got out of second gear, first half we couldn't pass, kept giving the ball away, didn't get the ball to Murphy or Morelos the list just goes on,
As soon as Alves came on the defence looked more organised and he was winning everything in the air Martin was having another nightmare game,
We are all hurting after yesterday but at least we all now know that we need a manager who can motivate the players,

As soon as I saw the team I had a feeling of dread, In my opinion Martin had another poor game and gifted them the second goal, Alves should have been on from the start, in fact as soon as he came on the defence looked more organised, he was winning everything in the air and his experience and class showed through which sadly I can't say for most of the rest of the team,

They might not be good to watch but they give 100% for the team, and that's down to Stephen Robinson getting the best out of them, he has also picked up some good players on free transfers from England and sad to say they are on a fraction of the wages our players are on yet they are getting stuck in and giving 100% every game

Its got to be Alves as they will be launching crosses in ten a penny, and we need someone who can win the aerial battle, they have scored with a few headers lately in the six yard box so hopefully Alves will deal with that,

calvin. all businesses operate with a level of debt and as long as they have a regular income stream then its not a problem, Rangers are no different, that's how the business eases its cash flow and the banks make their profit, Even Man Utd are in debt by over 300 million, And by the way you have just slipped up there with "you couldn't afford Murphy" you have now shown your true colours . sad individual

The clubs decision to knock back the bids for Morelos is simply a business decision, as a club we would be absolutely crazy to sell an asset like Morelos at this stage in the season, the player will be sold when the club decide that the time is right, by doing this the board are showing their intentions for the way forward,
Let me try to simplify it. you own a house and you are struggling to pay the mortgage. then some greedy speculator offers to buy it from you at a sum below the market value. your bank then offers to lend you some money to make some home improvements. then you can sell the house at a later date for more money as it will be worth more. this enables you to replace the original house with a new one. so by borrowing money for a short time you benefit at a later date, that's how business works. simple :)

Spot on mate, I lived in Manchester for 28 years and a lot of the Manchester lads had a bit of interest in Scottish football and a lot of them supported Rangers, they even have a supporters club and they travel up to watch the Gers. there used to be a lot of interest in the old firm games and the pubs would be relatively full of punters watching it.
But recently and very sadly no one is really interested in Scottish football anymore, I went into a pub in Manchester where normally there would be a good number of punters watching the old firm game and it was empty. our worldwide appeal as a club is definately diminishing rapidly, the board needs to bring investment in and get us back up there amongst the worlds best clubs
