I can't help getting a feeling that us bears are going to be left feeling totally underwelmed by the transfer window. Like investment from here there and every where I think a lot of people will be left disapointed on here. Some of the names being mentioned on here are just not going to happen!

It's best not to pay too much attention to what you read in the media, the club haven't officially commented on any of the stories, best to wait and see what pans out, I am sure they will be a few deals going on in private at the moment, also the transfer window hasn't officially started,

What because we might not get Skrtel? He’s 34 in October.

There’s always another player waiting, if you gave me the choice between Bartley and Skrtel I’d have Bartley every day of the week.

Maybe if he can last a season bartley woud be a better investment but seems injury prone
