Half the battle with any manager along with coaching, picking a team and tactics --the other half is dealing with overpaid millionaires at a young age who obviously feel they are better than the clubs who pay their wages and of-course the fans who come in all weather to support their team and most folks in that crowd are ordinary blue collar workers I would imagine by now the boss knows who goes forward with this great club and who gets shown the door at this time its easy to pick who is out the door its all about next season now and every effort should be put in place NOW to stop this 10 in a row nonsense #55 was still beyond us but next season certainly not start the exit door with #9 at 15 million and buy accordingly with players who will bleed for the colour blue--players in the mould of andy halliday.

Coldo, do you think gerrard will be the rangers manager for a 3rd season? I have no doubt he will mate,
no doubt whatsoever! But what he'll need to do is be absolutely ruthless here, in shedding current rangers player who just can't continue this journey with him! Very strong management is now needed and i think you'll now see that happening. Imo gerrard clears the ones who the rangers jersey is way too heavy for and bring in players who are capable and physical enough, to perform in the scottish premiership. He must blend that with the skilful players he trusts, to give a right go and fighting chance, of stopping celtic in their pursuit of 10 in a row.
Although they haven't won 9 in a row yet, it does look extremely difficult for us to stop them this season, but it most definitely shouldn't stop us giving it our all, to try and win as much league games as we can, to try and apply some sort of pressure on them. So gerrard for me, as i've always said, gets a 3rd season at it and must win the league, or a trophy at the very least!

I hope he isn't coop. He is tactically inept. He has bought very poorly. He never learns. Its Gerrard's tactics that are costing us domestically. He should do the honourable thing and walk. 👍.

I admire you Coop with your loyalty and you obviously have our club at heart. That performance yesterday and of late would not be accepted at Rangers unless it was SteveG? He is not bullet proof and anyone else would have been removed. To offer him a contract extension now seems crazy✌️✌️🇬🇧.

Some of u need to get a grip if rangers win last 11 league games which is possible we finish season with 97 and last 16 in europe is already done. Coldo looks at facts for god sake so quick to open up see if your quick enough to say otherwise if it turns around. Losing dressing room with wat losing abt 5 games in a season.

Yately1,thanks pal for your complimentary words and I was at tynecastle yesterday evening. You're correct it was as poor as i can ever remember us playing at tynecastle,
but changing manager IMHO will achieve nothing just now and put us further back! Its collectively management and players to blame thus far as they've all made mistakes. I stated in my earlier post like i've said since steven gerrard got the rangers job, that I was prepared to give him 3 seasons as our manager and i totally stick by that! I also stated in my earlier post what IMO, I feel gerrard must do for next season regarding strong management and recruitment!

He needs to be willing to change his pig headedness and not play same formation against every single team. We have been figured out yet still sticks to his guns. The defence is absolutely shocking. I honestly wouldn't even blink an eye if we sold tav goldson and katic. Barisic is almost certain to go as clubs will be circling. Not sure will want to stay. as the atmosphere at the club at moment feels toxic some what. Sell kamara. Morelos will be away. I think we should be looking at a new manager but whoever it is they have another major re build on thre hands. Its almost likenwe cannot make it through a domestic game without having a major howler at the back.
