Quite disappointed in chic Young’s take on the radio this afternoon.
He said the only person that has any credit from this situation is Lawwell because of his
silence and that st Mirren would not be kicking up a fuss if relegated .

Well chic do you think Lawwell would be silent if we went down the Dutch route?
No relegation. no champions and prize monies divided equally?
If they can do it why cannot we?
There are as much legal ramifications in France over their decision ( of which we are copying ) which would point to it not being the best decision.
It suits Lawwell to be quite . As he said as long as they get the champions league spot no natter how they get it is all that concerns him. And that is prob to do with his bonus.

Chic's points of view are not given much thought on BBC and are regarded as funny rather than serious or salient. He is seen as a bit of a joke figure and this latest comment back up this perception.
