Am I missing something, there seems to be a clamour to sign a midfielder to cover for Jack and arfield being injured surely we've plenty of cover to see us through a couple of games until they're back fit. Why sign a midfield player in this window?
What we need to do is look to bring in top drawer players to replace who we loss in the summer and that won't happen until we have the funds from the outgoing player sales.
Imo a good window for us would be to fend off interest in our top players and to not have lost any of them when the window closes.
Maybe add a winger but they would have to be an upgrade on jones Barker Stewart Middleton etc other than that we go with what we've got.

Personaly think hagi can easily cover right side of midfield if need be or if push came to shove move tav 1 up and play Patterson RBS for a game or 2 if need be.

Think the worry is Davis is overloaded.

Jzer I just thought we have cover in every position except attacking midfielder. I donâ€™t think Aribo is the answer in that area and we appear to be way short on creating chances if other teams stop barasic and Tav. As has been shown recently.

How many would be happy to see midfield hagi, aribo, zungu.
The big worry is injury to Davis or kamara till we get Jack and arfield back.

Iâ€™ve personally seen nothing from zungu yet! I wouldnâ€™t be very happy with that midfield 3 John25 I would say very lightweight love aribo and hagi but for me they 2 are more suited to the front 3. Iâ€™m still hopeful that we go out and grab lunstrum from Sheffield United.
