I applaud GVB for dropping Morelos. He let the team down on Saturday and needs to grow up and get fit. No one player is bigger than the famous.

He came on and scored a goal! The manager is trying to encourage him and giving him a chance to increase match fitness. That's been thrown back in his face by an impetuous coward who thinks more of himself than his team. I for one applaud the manager for giving Morelos the chance, but Morelos deserves all that is coming to him for treating his manager and his club with contempt.

you don’t get match fitness from training, he was overweight, not unfit,

a player like morelos needs game time to get up to speed or he would never be ready, he was perfectly ready to go on as a sub, he got himself sent off so that would put him back weeks, he would definitely have played some part tomorrow if he hadn’t gotten sent off.

So Gio gives Morelos game time to help him get fit and in shape to help the team but Morelos poor attitude and lack of willingness to get fit is Gio's fault. That has to be the best excuse yet. Its all Gio's fault storm.

Agreed Storm that’s why I think half the story is true. Fitness is no issue other than match fitness. Otherwise the coaching staff look like fricken idiots.

The lack of match fitness is a difficult one, if he has been injured which would appear to be the case then he certainly needed to be brought back slowly. I guess in that respect we are lucky that we replaced Itten with Colak. At least he has scored goals for us!
Perhaps it is time for us to move Morelos on and bring in a top quality replacement!
