Let's stop using this as the excuse for some turgid football and a bunch of players that are not fit to wear a Rangers jersey! If we stopped signing players that are injury prone when we sign them perhaps we wouldn't have so many players out injured and let's also remember that some of these [players were already on long term injuries so should have been discounted for the Season. There is something much more worrying at the Club these days.
The Board applaud Wilson for the great job that he is doing. His signings have been generally abysmal and only one of his inbound transfers have been sold for big money.
The problems with the team are already well documented; a failure to replace our older, (and better), players, a failure to get players signed on new contracts or sold and the biggest bunch of channels signed by the Club since Pedro was in charge.
meanwhile, across the City where the manager has control of who he signs they are currently running away with the League. but it is ok, because having a DoF is the modern way.

BB I agree if the board sack Gio fair enough but then they need to look at Wilson his recruitment has been shocking and then they need to look in the mirror and ask themselves if they truely backed the manager I agree injuries have decimated this team but some of these players were injured or injury prone when we signed them, I think we are now the team with the biscuit tin, it’s ok building museums and fancy bars but if your team is crap no one cares about those things so if it’s the bullet for Gio others should fall on their sword as this team is a shambles.

The answer does not lie with changing the coach/ manager. Its an easy answer, but the wrong one in my view. We must calmly look at what has change since the amazing run in Europe, and a creditable performance at home last season. Players were sold, and the recruitment was inadequate, and its plain to see.

These results are dire, the players are off it -and seemingly not up to it, and it's embarrassing, but he sacking of Gio will not bring success unless there are better players available. Injuries are an issue for sure, but Rangers have recruited poorly, and on the cheap.

Anyone in charge of the current squad would struggle IMO. Remember that it was the same backroom staff that steered the team to Seville - sack them if you like, but the problems are not in the dugout.
