I must say I'm delighted for the young man, he deserves this opportunity and it is a clear statement from Big Phil that he will give youth the chance to prove themselves, a welcome change from previous managers. I'm also delighted to see Lawerence start. unfortunately I feel that it say's an awful lot about Cifuentes when Jack starts on a plastic pitch before him. No Dowell again in the squad.
