Defence was very poor, looked uncomfortable with the formation. Jacob Brown for me isn't good enough as an international striker. Shankland must have been raging to not start ahead of him.

Greg Taylor and Zander Clarke never international quality, Golumn McGregor posted missing as per in a Scotland jersey or in Europe. Well done Scotland but going to be a struggle at the euros. Next of game I'd put sima on Taylor run his arse off the boy is woeful.

Zander Clark was very poor looking, positionally and looked nervous tbh, anyone agree in that?

Jack hendry was poor and at fault for first goal losing the header.
Taylor I thinks a good deputy for robbo/ tierney.
However I’d rather play hockey at left back if robbo isn’t available. Even like to have a look at doig in the full team.

McGregor looks past it now, he’s not the player of 2/ 3 seasons ago.
Ferguson should be in his place now.
For me mctominay Ferguson and Gilmour are the 3 in the middle going forward.
McGinn ahead of them with adams up top, leaves one place uo for grabs in attack.

Centre half is our problem position atm, porteous is first pick for me and prob tierney beside him. We lack height in the team though and that’s where dykes fits in at both ends.

We’re a decent side but we’re too weak at centre half.

Taylor is a bad player in general. He gets away with it at Celtic because he never really gets challenged domestically. He does absolutely nothing in European games.

His own claim to fame is calling Morelos fat lol.

Taylor was awful and all three goals came down his side. Played too narrow and was guilty of over covering leaving others to cover overlaps and they all failed. As long as the main players stay fit we have a decent side but guys like Clark, Taylor, McLean, Christie, Armstrong and Brown are squad fillers at best . Why did we talk Brown into declaring for Scotland, he is hopeless and nothing special even for his club. Starting him in front of Shankland especially after his goal last week was criminal and shows Clarkes big weakness. He plays favourites and picks people who don`t deserve it. You have to ask why he pulled Doig out the U21 squad and left him sitting on the bench while Taylor got roasted all game by Bobb and others.

He's the only one of the Scotland keepers not playing regular football.

Souttar has a slightly better chance but even he has a fight on his hands with the likes of cooper and hyam

And if Clarke successful with livramento Barnes Anderson they can forget about going to euros.

Clarke's major flaw he never learns about back up players in friendlies or meaningless games shankland should have started but maybe he was trying to decide on brown and is already intent on taking shankland you don't know his thinking

Brown could be fighting with guys Clarke trying to recruit from England like Barnes.

If Harvey Barnes decide to opt for Scotland he’s an automatic first pick.
You’d have him and mcginn either side of dykes/ adams.

I think brown was getting his chance to show what he can do as shankland is ahead of him in the order.
Looks like shankland has held onto that place now.

John I’d give him his wish in January if he agrees to commit to a long term deal.
We bring in another experienced keeper as back up and it keeps the lad happy and gives him chance to be no1 for Scotland in the euros.
I think if he commits long term before it then he deserves the chance to go he Scotland no1.
I think he’s good enough.

Stevie he will not be in front of Gunn.
Issue is we will still be in Europe and he is rangers academy grown, I think clement should give him games, he may just replace butland if we sell.

John I totally agree he deserves games mate, I’m with u on that one.

I also think if we sell Butland he should be given the no1 jersey.
I like him, I think he could be a great keeper, that’s why I’m so keen on keeping him happy long term.
If it means loaning him out year on year so be it, all the top euro clubs do this with their players.

I get the homegrown thing aswel it’s a conundrum for clement, the lad deserves games.
