A VERY loose rumour, this one, (because I don't personally know the original source) but I've been told that we are looking seriously at Blackburn striker Adam Armstrong, who has been capped at every level for England except the full team. Some of Gerrard's men have been keeping a close eye on him for a couple of years and he flourished this season. I've yet to check him out, so right now it's just talk (or rather, txt) . Wonder how much he'd cost? I believe he has been referred to in the past as being similar to Michael Owen.

His name pops up every transfer window so that's probably the root of the rumour.
I'd do really like him though busy wee player think he would suit scottish football and bag us goals when called upon.

Big fan of this lad but its just how do we match the valuation of the club he's talented and the club is in no position to need to sell ans he's a key player.

Its ridiculous to say a player is similar to another player but not as good. Why make the comparison in the first place. I could understand if they played at the same level but even their levels are so far apart. 🤦‍♂️👍.
