Hopefully. definitely a player we should be looking at and at good age.

Would he play when Goldson and Helander are fit? Probably not but he's stronger than the rest of our CB's imo. And could be a natural successor to goldson next season.

Mental that a guy who has just won a league title, played every minute of every game and is vice captain is valued at 2 million in the last 6 months of his contract yet a guy who has won nothing and is injury prone is valued the same.

Guys he is valued at what ever price hearts put on him, sign him on bosman and wait till the summer, if we need cover bring in loan player

Talented CB but incredibly unlucky with injuries. If he could stay injury free would definitely add a bit of steel to our defence.

He will go to rangers or Celtic or championship team on a free in the summer some teams in the spl put to high a price on players and end up getting nothing for them imo 500k would be to much for him in January enless we sell goldson cause he would just be back up and would be better of with another 6 months at hearts would be better business.

We would be more than ok with doehki, Helander, Balogun and one of Simpson or Katic. I’d expect 1 of the 2 to be moved on. personally I’d like to see a CB from our B team step up instead of signing Soutter. I don’t think he would be a starter for us.
