Can we not get someone like Donald Findlay to fight out case a guy with the club at heart and also well respected in the legal world or is he retired?

You CAN'T win any case mate if you can't understand or honour a contract! It wouldn't matter if god almighty was fighting your case,
if you're secretary and co are amateurs.

Tommy, there is nothing to win, we have lost, no right of appeal as we are in breach of a water tight contract. Our board need to put their hands up and admit they ****ed up and have potentially screwed our club for years to come.
