I have renewed my season ticket and I thought previously I had continuous for European games only.

I don't fancy a six hour return journey for the league cups games etc am I stuck with all or nothing?

Yep deeb they have put all cup games together this year.
Remember u can sell it back to them but no guarantee that will be a demand for a league cup tie on a Tuesday against say Ayr.
