It's been a tough time bears and yesterday was the first time I've ever shed tears on the passing of someone I didn't even know or had met before. We are so lucky to have been part of the journey led by the great man and I feel very proud to have been part of that journey under the guidance of our great leader. What a great manager and leader but above all what a great human being. The world has lost one of the very best and he will be sorely missed by so many.
Thank you Walter RIP.

IM not ashamed to admit I'll be a babbling mess tonight.
Only met him once and I was a gibbering wreck. Tonight is going to be very emotional. 😢😢.

The loss of Walter was a devastating blow to his family let’s not make tonight a sad and sombre occasion.
Let’s celebrate his life and Times particularly with the Gers.
Show the family how much we all appreciated him and them.
He will never ever be forgotten for everything he did for our great club.

Not looking forward to the stress of tonight but will be delighted if we win. Any win will do me. Very emotional day yesterday. I've met the gaffer a couple of times. He always went out of his way to make you feel part things at the club. Lovely man will be sorely missed.
