Just a thought the response from the club is deafening either come out and say you have agreed compensation and therfore allowing Gerrad to speak to villa or say you are in talks to try and see what is required to keep SG at club, at momment does not appear to be much effort being made to keep our manager. or are club happy for him to leave and we have some cheap option lined up. i for one would not have much faith in Ross Wilson pull a rabbit out the hat but you never know maybe Board have some master plan to cover this. as all good business, s would have at least a 2 year/ 5year plan going forward.

I think that it’s back room staff compensation that is stopping the announcement being made looks like it is a complete clear out of all our back room staff.
What a bloody mess too leave us in, hope it goes tits up and you get found out playing against the big boys.

S/ Egg that has been my point from the start we are left with no one not one coach at least when Souness left it was to Liverpool and we knew he’d go there in a heartbeat and he went leaving Walter who knew every player and had worked with them SG has taken them all its a complete mess, all his talk about loving the club being settled and happy the first job he was offered he’s off he asked players for loyalty and togetherness what about his loyalty and togetherness he has blown any respect I had for him and that was huge.
