At the end of the day gio been here a while now, he knows what players can do. This season he's to stubborn to change his formation. With the players at disposal I personaly think we should play either of 2 formations that are easily changed depending who were playing. My formation would be a 352 or against bigger teams a 532.ultimatly colak and Alfie are our best players, refusing to play them both is madness in my opinion. most of the time Kent offers nothing but still plays every game. Tav and barasic could easily be our wide men in a 352 formation if need be. For me these 2 formations all depend on our 2 wings/ full backs in how far they get forward or tuck in. Same sytems with slight tweaks depending who we play. just my opinion. this 433 formation for me has never worked since sg came as we never had established right wing.

Who’s the 3 centre backs you would play? King, Davies and who? Sands? Think the boy could be a decent DM but he is not a centre half.
