Just in case it hasn't been noticed, for all of you who crave a centre half who is about 6ft 2in, this boy Nsiala is a bawhair under 6ft. This makes him the smallest centre half we have, including King.

Cannavaro was an outstanding centre half and no doubt world class for me ?Not the tallest centre half as has been said but what a height he could get up to header a ball and was terrific in the air, with a tremendous spring in him ? I remember him and nesta as the two centre halfs for italy and what a centre half pairing/ partnership that was, as nesta was also an outstanding centre half ? Italy was synonymous over the years for having outstanding defenders ?.

Fair point h11 I’m one of those who want a big monster of a CB who wins headers in both boxes and isn’t bullied but I hope this guy shows it’s not needed. I trust PC and am excited at the players coming in - if Milan were offering him a 3 year deal he must have something about him ??????.
