Think Sweden have already kicked it into touch aswell.

Our voting system is 11 to 1 so no doubt a couple teams vote against and it stays.

Like Celtic, who moan it favours us, but would vote to keep it, oh aye Dundee too.

I’d happily get rid of it. It’s killing the enjoyment of the moment in football which will never change.

Would get rid tomorrow, even if it helped us, has diluted the best feeling in football when we score and that celebration is what the game is all about, probably our last chance to get rid before it goes too far.

VAR is not the problem, the goons using it is, why is every goal we score scrutinised to the nth degree? Other teams score and wee kick off right away.

As I said before it came in. It was the same clowns who would be monitoring it. Get rid.

Copland because now the technology is there they have to check everything. Imagine they didn’t and there was an offside or something along those lines they’d be so heavily criticised. It’s not going to improve the game only way I can see it improving is if offsides become automated and the ref plays the game as normal unless there’s a challenge from the other team who has to say exactly what they think happened.

the problem is the melts using it. the lines that are drawn with a bendy ruler and favour certain teams. Maybe we need more Rangers fans to become refs LOL.

Handball rule is terrible as well.

The nonsense that a foul or offside in the build up minutes before the goal and the goal is chopped off.

Unless your called Celtic then you can elbow your opponent turn and score within 30seconds. Or just be offside and get given the goal then your opponent is onside and the line is drawn bendy so it looks offside.

But we cannot talk about that! haha.

Am willing to see it go even if it against us, watching English championship games this year was great without it, no offside flag then goal, you get the feeling that football authorities are like government now, they push rules (like laws) that the majority don’t want and always someone will be making a dollar out of it.

It’s frustrating because it was designed to overturn “clear and obvious errors” yet it’s actually being used to re-referee matches. If you need to freeze frame or slow no something it’s not a clear and obvious error.
I’d keep it for offside only. That should be factual, everything else - handball, fouls, etc - is open to interpretation and you’ll always be able to argue for/ against.

Its wolves that have asked for this vote and they won’t get 14 teams backing it.

VAR is here to stay and the vote will confirm this, how it’s used should be the talking point. I personally never wanted it in the first place. Goal line and offside decisions should be 90% of its use.

Each team should have 2 challenges per game and if they challenge it for the sake of it they lose both. Let game flow. Red cards and penalties should be constantly monitored by VAR but its ruining the buzz of goals and the whole match experience 100%.

Agree big dado I would however make it 3 a half and only be used for red cards/ offside and penalty calls only.

If there was no VAR Lundstram would have stayed on the park on Saturday. True story.
