I'm sure we'll all remember our former midfielder greg docherty who was tipped for big things at ibrox ?Was talking to a guy who i know from hamilton and knows members of greg's family and he has actually held talks with aberdeen, hearts and hibs as well as an mls club allegedly ?He was another midfielder who was tipped for big things when rangers signed him from hamilton ?I know he's supposed to be a very good trainer and extremely fit ? Maybe docherty going to the sheep would be a replacement for ibrox bound connor barron ?.

Seemed a good signing at the time and his career hasn't really went anywhere since. A move home to one of the three you mentioned may be what he needs.

I’m pretty close with the family. Aberdeen have been interested for a good while along with both Edinburgh clubs. Hibs were the likely destination last year until he suffered his injury. A move to Scotland is the likely outcome. We were still keeping tabs on him until early last year. A very good young player who unfortunately came to us at the wrong time. He’ll have a solid career wherever he goes. A massive blue nose too and a very grounded fella. Wish him well wherever he goes, except when he plays against us.

wouldnt expect him to go to Hearts to be honest they have a stacked midfield and he also played for Hibs before on loan.

Good luck to the lad. Done well in England at hull but apart from that has been okay at best. If he can move to Romania then he should go as he would have a chance at medals something he won't get anywhere else imo. Even hearing his name gives me flashbacks of that awful team we had ?.

A solid player but not good enough and this has been shown why Hull let him go. Around the Hearts level and would be a decent addition for them.
