I can guarantee that Robby McCrorie will not be involved with any deal for Barron. We are trying to convince him to sign a new deal with a guarantee of a year on loan as first choice elsewhere and opportunity to come back and fight for the 1 spot once Butland leaves, hence the Kelly signing. If he leaves this summer permanently his preference is down south.

He’s 26 everyone’s talking about him as if he’s a prospect. If he was good enough he would be playing. Went to livi and couldn’t get a game.

I still believe he could be a late bloomer like McGregor.
