How does everyone say we not got money as by my reckoning getting to europa final then getting to cl and to top it of Patterson aribo and bassey, could be just me but I would say we're rolling in it.

Lithium. Our books showed only 5 million profit as loans etc were paid back. also sure we won't have fully recieved payment for likes of bassey aribo and Patterson as it will be paid in installments.

certainly not rolling in it. accounts show this, over last 10 years we've made over 100 million in losses. year before last we lost 23 million during C.V.. dave king is paid off. we paid directors 13 mill back this season i think. we also still have a court case hanging over us.

Maybe not rolling in it but I certainly don’t think we’re skint. Our business model will always be to buy cheap or free and sell on but we splashed cash on Yilmaz which shows if we need to we can. Sick of hearing “we’ll never spend that much on a player”.

Our business model should be buy cheap, sell high, but so far, we've only managed to do this twice. Granted, one was Bassey who made us a small fortune, so it has worked, but not to the extent we hoped for.
If we're being honest, out of all our current players, is there anyone who we think could make us serious money? Lowry? And when I say serious money, I'm talking about 6m plus profit. I know, that's chicken feed elsewhere, but not in Scottish football.

Great info again John27, unfortunately it gives me the fear once again, that with only 10 or 12 days left, we haven't signed ANYONE for the first team, when it clearly needs strengthening OR we have accepted this season has gone and we hope for the summer window.
Hope not? as i still think there is everything to play for this year.

We are balancing out profit is starting to be made over the next 3-5 years we will make profits and save them ensuring we never let what happened happen again. I for one can say I'm pleased with how we are being run.

We will be in a better position come this year's accounts and I suspect that there is money available however I can't see us rushing out and buying players just to fill the squad. We have done that before and the resultant players were a disaster. Going forward and as a result of the proposition that was voted through at the last AGM I remain hopeful that we will see new investment by the end of the current year. There is definitely interest, but these things take time.

@RANGERS812 The Europa league money has already been included in lasts seasons accounts as that ended in May and recent results were up to June 30,I agree though that Champions league revenue will not be until the next accounts as it was after June 30.
