Mark Wotte to be installed as Director of Football with Ian Cathro as Head Coach. New and long term plan for youth development, Dave King wanting to get the best use out of Murray Park. About time too.

Dont think cathro would work with wotte as wotte criticised him when he left the scotland performance school set up to go to portugal

i had been hoping for warburton and weir but cathro is just as good for me I think all us fans need to realise we need a fresh start a freesh face and someone who is going to invest in the youth and restructure the whole ethos of the club

This is something I would like to see, we need a fresh new change away from x players and managers doing things like they did in bygone days of yore! times are a changing and we need.to become attractive to players, investors,and fans with people who are not just Rangers minded by football minded driving us on.

I don't think Cathro deserves the job. Unproven on his own. We cannot afford to get this appointment wrong. McCall should be given a chance and maybe get Cathro in as his right hand man. Remember it was not McCalls team. Bar this season he done a grand job at Motherwell with penuts to spend. Even if we did go up we are not ready to compete with half the teams. Another season in the lower leagues to sort out this mess and get a structure and plan in place might be a blessing in disguise.

Marc Wortte would seem to be an unlikely choice for Director of Football as Dave King indicated that he didn't know anything about him .
