Rumour going around is may deal is basically done? This is from Sheffield fans. Or is this just because they are desperate to get rid of there flop?

May will do well for us he banged in goals for Hamilton at level. I remember being told of a scottish guy who moved down south from St Johnstone in the 80's things didn't work out so he moved to Rangers the rest is history.

Aye I mind that guy from St Johnstone and I wish he had stayed in Sunderland as we might never have had our team destroyed by him then plenty other strikers could have knocked in 1 goal for every 5 chances served up by Rangers on a plate in that era he missed more than most strikers people unaware of that due to goals scored

Wish he had walked away

Cant beleive the small minded people in here slagging Ally. get a grip the guys a legend who scored a barrowload and managed the team in what was the toughest spell in our history. granted he wasnt a great manager but his status as a player should never be brought into question
