Michael O'Neil as first team coach guy from Southampton DOF?

I honestly think Michael O'Neil would be best for us. Defensivly brilliant manager which is what we need. Could he not take charge till the end of the season and keep his NI duties?

One thing about ferguson he is not a yes man and he did care about rangers legion was inept so I don't blame him for that. i don't know be any good as a coach here but he still loves rangers

Michael O'Neil? The same guy who's previous managerial roles were Brechin and Shamrock Rovers? You have got to be kidding me. He has done well with NI because the expectations were ZERO! Has is completely unproven at a club where you have to actually sign new players and manage players and fan expectations week in week out. Sorry but that's a big no.
