Where are people hearing mcinnes? Surely he won't be given the chance to manage our great club again. What kind of message does that send? We need to be ambitious with a replacement if he goes. Someone mentioned john dahl tommason from malmo. I think he would do a job for us he could bring the wee south american midfielder and the boy colak with him.

Anyway, let’s be serious here, mcinnes had his reasons for refusing Rangers at that time, he wasn’t offered anything like the offer and opportunity Stevie was given,
I’m not saying get him in at all, I’m saying the lack of respect for someone widely acknowledged as a good manager by just about everyone in the game is startling, and some other decent managers are being laughed at, let me ask, if derek had taken the job and won more than Stevie, if he had stopped 8 never mind 10, if he had won cups, what would the reaction be now if it was him who bolted?

Anyway maybe I’m overly upset guys, but we are slaughtering guys who might be or become fantastic gaffers, because they weren’t as good a player as Steven Gerard, I don’t get it, Man Utd took fergie from Aberdeen, Liverpool has had a couple of first timers who were never great players but were fantastic managers, Jim McLean was a nobody, as was almost every other manager at some point, some of you are dragging people you know absolutely nothing about through the football mud, they could be great at their jobs, they could be potentially world class, but we just trash them anyway, I’m sure the football department knows who is capable and who isn’t.

McInnes has won nothing even when we were not in the SPL. Every time his Teams played Celtic they totally bottled it! He hasn't the charisma to secure the quality of player that Gerrard signed. Outside of Scotland he is a nobody. Need he isn't really credible in Scotland either. McInnes or Martin for that matter are exactly the sort of nonentities that would see us back to where we were pre-Gerrard and would show a total lack of ambition on the part of the Board.
