Im hearing we are looking at 4 or 5 for January with some being pre contract. I've been told the last Raskin we were linked with in August that plays CM is one we have a verbal agreement with. Agreement was made in principle on deadline day as he was lined up if Kamara left.
Have heard we are looking at possible 3 from Belgium with the academy guru that came in highly recommending them. Believe another will be the Anderlecht player scouted over the weekend.
Have heard we are going to bring in a 1st choice keeper but unsure if that is included in the 5. Hopefully we bring in a CB even on 6 month loan.

I think we must’ve told Kamara he could leave then nobody bid the money we wanted for him, hence why he never got his move and hence why he’s been absolutely rubbish most games this year. Doesn’t seem to be part of long term plans. It’s one thing replacing your better players when they leave but I’d be looking for them to improve on the squad players we currently have as some of them are past their best or simply not good enough. Arfield, Davis getting on a bit, Jack injury prone. Even if Kamara didn’t leave we should be looking to improve our midfield options anyway. Be a big clear out of some deadwood shortly, not sure if it will be in January though as it’s notoriously a tough window. Might be a few pre contracts agreed ahead of the summer.

Fruitbear Kamara had serious interest but the move just didn't come together. French club I believe. Raskin was all set up as his replacement and had agreed personal terms verbally.
Bar I think that we will move on both Kent and Morelos if they don't sign. This would fund the players coming in. I have also been told that there will be finances made available. There will be players moved on in the next 2 windows.

Tjrfc I have contacts that work for scouting agencies that have compiled player profiles that our club has used. The scouts that were out have been looking at several players in Belgium as its a market we can do well in. The scouts were watching an anderlecht player but my contact didn't give me a name. Anderlecht have good quality players that would be in the budget we will be working with. One player I know we have definitely scouted is the young forward Tapsoda I belive his name is. He played against us in Europe a while ago. Young, fast strong and has massive potential. I'm not saying he is a target but he was watched.

Bassey I think Devlin is the type of player we are missing. He is a terrier in the middleof the park but does have good technical ability. He has the aggression needed to be a midfield enforcer but also the control to be successful. He breaks up play well and loves the physical side of the game. I've also been told that Gio has been impressed every time he has watched the lad play.
