Just read on Twitter someone claiming Beale sacked and potter taking over, find both very hard to believe. Wouldn’t be surprised if Beale still in charge on sat.

Any decision that can affect the stock price of rangers has to be announced. Although not listed on the main stock exchange I believe we are listed with j p Jenkins so I would imagine they'd have to be notified. (J p Jenkins matches individual buyers with individual sellers of shares)

We're private limited company answerable to directors good or bad. Not like Tim's who public limited company with ownership of minority share by every granny in Ireland.

MBW, yes RIFC plc became the holding company of The Rangers Football Club Ltd in late 2012.

Your in my wheelhouse now. Club made public by Murray. This reversed by Sevco when they reverted to Rangers International holding company gers reverted to Private status. See below.

Rangers Club Private Limited is a Private incorporated on 06 March 2019. It is classified as Non-govt company and is registered at Registrar of Companies, Delhi. Its authorized share capital is Rs. 100,000 and its paid up capital is Rs. 100,000. It is inolved in Other service activitie.

The last I knew was that RIFC plc was the holding company but it may well have changed. Thanks for the info.
