Was talking to a guy at work who has connections at Aberdeen and he is under the impression that we have an interest in the lad Duk that plays up front for them. Not a rumour I've heard from anywhere else and none of my regular contacts have this info but the lad did tell me about wtight a few weeks before it went public. Duk for me is OK but would be a back up at best. Anyone heard anything about this.

Big NO for me on Duk, no doubt we will spend money on some donkey tho, far too many mistakes in transfers which has cost us big time on and off the pitch on top of that our injury record have had us p*****g against the wind for years.

Would be par for the course for this Board, sign a player that doesn't get a game for Aberdeen. You don't need to be that good to be an upgrade on Wright! No way should we be signing players of this quality.
While we need to be bringing in players that are home bred they need to be significantly better than what we have. We have been spending money on 3rd rate players since we won 55 and as a result we are going backwards.

Duk cannot get a regular game for a poor Aberdeen side so why would we sign him.
