DK hasn't embarrassed us .have we not learned our lesson from previous years of paying over the odds and massive wages. Plus stubbs wasnt for selling to us .The players warbs has brought in for less money are excellent prospects. Why go down the road of the blame game? It's certainly not at the hands of King. The only one sniggering is probably Stubbs but that said, the madness of this whole episode lies in the hands of Allan himself. Hibs would not have sold to us no matter what we offered when are people going to get a grasp on this? If he was such a diehard rangers fan he would of waited and signed a pre contract but good luck to him he will need it.

It's interesting that the first time your team got into a bidding war they lost. DCK and Potless Paul won't spend money, at least not their own money. Did you really think any team would accept the offer that was made - with some of the transfer fee only becoming payable when Scott Allan played In the GROUP STAGES of the Champions League?
Seems like you'll be signing free transfers, players no one else wants and loanees.

What bidding war. We could have offered treble what the toms offered n hubs still wouldn't have sold to us. Very similar to when we tried to sign goodwillie from Dundee Utd. They simply didn't want to sell to us. Stubbs can smirk all he wants. He'll be out of a job come Xmas

DK said millipns would be invested and he would spend what it took to get out of Champ. I think he has spent enough to win the league and millions will be spent over the next couple seasons but the majority of it won't be in the playing squad. He is still assessing the mess that was left with so much to do in maintenance and restaffing etc. Keep calm,stay patient and one step at a time!

johnjag, what bidding war, we made a higher offer than them, Stubbs just wouldn't sell to us. What makes you think the boy will play in the Group Stages with them either.
